0:00Tom:Now it's recording. Ah Are you? Ah, I don't want to do the show . I was listening to the episode where he was talking about like we need like the hate buttons, like his soundboard I'm going. When I was listening to it there was like one thing I was like Working on it. My name is Tom With me. I have Mitch and Bueller, ferris Bueller, matthew Broderick Bueller here on our show today. Bueller, I think he's sick. Fry.

0:53Mitch:Fry.

0:54Tom:That's the rest of it . Yeah, that's so dumb. Yeah, we are still without our third chair.

1:01Mitch:But we have heard back from him.

1:03Tom:We hear from him pretty much every day Well, every other day, about every other day when the messages finally get here.

1:11Mitch:By carrier pigeon.

1:13Tom:It's not even by carrier pigeon, it's like by slingshot or something. It's like he's probably trying to figure out how to mail a cup with a string attached to it.

1:24Mitch:To a smoke signal.

1:27Tom:He's like laying there trying to have like lucid dreams to communicate with us. It's like knock over the Febreze. Knock over the Febreze, tom Rah . One of these days he'll be back and he'll be punished Because we already got a good punishment for him.

1:45Mitch:with scales can watch scales the mermaid tail scales the mermaid tail and which I don't know if the show is bad. I just know he has to watch a show about a child mermaid in the middle of a bunch of soldiers yeah, and you know what ?

1:56Tom:that's probably not even the worst thing you're probably right let's be serious, and hayden will probably go. No, there, no, there's worse. You just don't understand. I'm just waiting for the Hayden rant when he comes back.

2:07Mitch:That would be downtown Abbey.

2:09Tom:Downtown Abbey. Yeah, we're sitting here. We're getting the lists ready.

2:13Mitch:They don't need to know.

2:18Tom:It's our significant others, like top movies and shows. My girlfriend, mitch's wife and Hayden's wife, and Mitch is reading them out and he goes what's downtown Abbey? And I was like, oh no, it sounds like a dirty show, like a poor downtown Abbey. She's a slut. And it's like Mitch downtown Abbey, my bad. With uh. What's her face? Who plays McGonagall oh, I'm blanking on her name. Plays McGonagall oh, I'm blanking on her name.

2:47Mitch:Maggie.

2:47Tom:Smith, the sassiest old British woman of all time.

2:49Mitch:Sure you all.

2:50Tom:Right, I've never seen her.

2:57Mitch:Before we get into our significant others episode Mitch social media. Well, Well, you can go to entertainthispodcastcom, which will take you to our Facebook group and page. You can also go to atthisentertain on Instagram. No, no.

3:07Tom:Yeah, yeah, can you or not? You can go to atthisentertain on X. You sure?

3:15Mitch:Or Twitter, whatever you want to call it.

3:17Tom:You can tweet or X at someone I don't know.

3:19Mitch:I don't know. X doesn't sound much better than downtown Abbey. You can X at someone. You can exit someone.

3:25Tom:You can X somebody in downtown Abbey. It's so stupid, anyways, but I thought I told Rachel that this would have been hilarious if we had this episode and it was her, brandi and Christian. We're just doing the show.

3:43Mitch:They just keep looking like do we go to the right thing, and I'm like we don't acknowledge it.

3:50Tom:Me and Mitch. You just hear the two of us sitting on the couch laughing while they try to podcast. I don't think any of them have ever done it. And I asked Rachel if she wanted to be on the show and she was like no, my wife has no interest in talking amongst people. It's not amongst people, it's just talking to whoever's sitting across from you. I've been talking to you specifically for like four years , or, hayden.

4:10Mitch:Just us, the two of us, for the last six months.

4:13Tom:Predominantly me, and you have the most episodes under our belt. Yeah, I think I'm in the lead. I think I've only missed one episode in four years.

4:24Mitch:Well, you kind of hijacked that, that responsibility, because we have to come to your place to do it.

4:29Tom:Only one of we recorded hey, I'm the one who had the money to buy all this.

4:32Mitch:We paid you back.

4:33Tom:You didn't pay me back all of it yeah, yeah, yeah. So stop it.

4:41Mitch:So stop it. Well, when we first started, you were the only one that didn't have like a rent or a house payment.

4:49Tom:You barely had a car payment and I went and got an apartment so we could record at it no wives, no kids, no dogs praise tom here. You're so benevolent I mean the things you do for this show. I swear, it swear. Nobody cares.

5:05Mitch:My contributions are just overlooked and overshadowed constantly Because Tom solely got an apartment just for us to do the podcast.

5:13Tom:Yeah, yeah, I did.

5:15Mitch:That's the whole reason Not to move out of his parents' house.

5:21Tom:Yeah that you know I had to get paid a lot more money at the time so I could move out the amount of money I started with. I was like I couldn't even afford to be homeless.

5:28Mitch:And he still had more money than me and Hayden.

5:31Tom:Well, you guys have wives and kids.

5:32Mitch:Yeah, and dogs.

5:33Tom:Yeah, and a cat.

5:36Mitch:Yeah.

5:37Tom:Hayden has the cat. You know I miss playing and hearing the cat attack him randomly, he'd be playing a game and all of a sudden, ah, ah, ah , ah. And you hear, ah, it's like and like we're playing, and you just hear it go, ah, you just hear him fumble the controllers. And like we think, like you know , he's like fighting somebody, we're like running to him and he's just standing still in the middle of an fight right now well, today we are doing our top five spouse or, you know, for tom's sake, girlfriends movie or tv show.

6:19Mitch:So full transparency I did not pick these things, she picked these things. I did not pick these, rachel, she picked these things.

6:24Tom:I did not pick these, rachel picked these.

6:27Mitch:Tom watches all these shows. I guarantee you. I mean she picks some good stuff. Oh, okay, okay. So we'll start with Rachel's number five.

6:38Tom:Are we doing movies or shows?

6:40Mitch:Well, I combined it all into one.

6:41Tom:Oh, I got two separates.

6:42Mitch:Okay, well, we can do that, because I did two separates and then I asked her the favorites out of those.

6:46Tom:All right, we'll do the shows.

6:47Mitch:We'll do shows first. We'll do the shows.

6:48Tom:These are in no particular order.

6:49Mitch:She didn't want to rank them.

6:51Tom:Yeah, mine aren't in particular order either. Rachel's first one is Game of Thrones. Oh, really, yeah, You're never going to hear this. No, no, she does listen. Oh, she does listen. She's listened to every episode since we started dating.

7:05Mitch:Okay, okay, cool, cool.

7:07Tom:She's a loyal fan.

7:08Mitch:Well then, I guess I shouldn't talk bad about her anymore.

7:11Tom:You shouldn't, because she'll know.

7:13Mitch:Okay, yeah, but yeah, game of Thrones, I mean it's a good show, I enjoyed it.

7:17Tom:I tried to get my Game of Thrones until like season four.

7:24Mitch:I'd never even heard of it until season three.

7:25Tom:And then, like I had to backtrack through the first four seasons and I was like, oh, this is really good. And then season five was like, eh, it was pretty solid. Then it just went downhill. It's like that picture of the horse that is drawn perfectly, Then it's like a stick figure.

7:39Mitch:That's what happened to Game of Thrones. I guess it was season three that it was in when I first heard about it, because I sat down and Pez was like, hey, look , look at this. And it was the episode where Jon Snow is with the wildlings and they get chased to the water's edge.

7:53Tom:Yeah.

7:54Mitch:And the Night King's got all his soldiers. That's the first episode.

7:56Tom:I saw, and he does like the. Come at me, bro, and all the dead people just stand up like what's up.

8:10Mitch:That was the first episode I saw I was like I'm watching that and then you watch it go well where are they? They're gone until that. Eight seasons, eight seasons for this bollocks?

8:14Tom:go ahead, go ahead, say it, say it. No, I'm not. You're not gonna get me that easily bitch all right, what's uh?

8:17Mitch:this is your wife yes , my wife is saved by the bell I'll say by the bell. All right, all right, brandy, I see that that's her favorite, like, I guess, comfort show, to just sit down and watch Nice. Those are the little short episodes. She's always enjoyed those.

8:31Tom:Do we have one from Hayden's wife?

8:33Mitch:Well, I have his just top five in general, which, in general, number five is Only Murders, in, which is the one that Hades proclaims is a great show.

8:44Tom:It's the one with Steve Martin and what's her face ? Selena Gomez, yes.

8:53Mitch:I guess each season it's a different murderer that lives in the building with them, or something like that they're trying to discover. That's not that one.

9:00Tom:Rachel's next one was Bridgerton.

9:02Mitch:I've never seen that show.

9:04Tom:I have. How is it, tom? It's not bad, not bad.

9:08Mitch:What is it about? Because I don't know.

9:10Tom:I've reviewed this. I know you have, but since we're on it again, here's how I know about Bridgerton because I've seen every episode so far is when I met Rachel. She was sitting outside reading and I was like she's really cute, I need to go talk to her. So I interrupted her and started introducing myself to her and I'm like, well, what are you reading? She's like I'm reading Bridgerton and I'm like, isn't that like a show or something, a book? She's like, yeah, it's a show. And we were talking. And then I went my way and it worked. See, rachel, he's tried. It's called effort. Anyway, bridgerton is a family called the Bridgertons and it's London high society in the early 1800s Very snooty, wealthy,

9:59Tom:statusy people. And then there's the debut, when the young, young kids basically reach adulthood and they can marry and it's like basically like it's like a football season of like getting them out there at like balls and stuff and like events. They got little dance cards, people are filling in their names, they're drinking punch, you know mingling. It's that it's not a bad show?

10:26Mitch:Okay, it's not one of the best shows I've ever seen. So it's heavily on the drama.

10:33Tom:It's very much on the drama. Okay, very much on the drama.

10:37Mitch:Anyways, hayden's wife Christian she has on her number four is Marvelous. Mrs Maisel, I know nothing about this. I have seen that show. Tell me about it.

10:46Tom:It's about a woman. She becomes a female comedian in the 50s or the 60s, like the early 60s. She's like a housewife Jewish family in New York. Her husband's a putz, he's running around on her and he leaves her. She basically just stumbles into an iClub and sees people doing stand-up and just kind of gets into it and starts doing it and then like develops like a semi, comes like a, you know, pretty successful comedian huh, interesting it's.

11:15Mitch:Uh, yeah, so they got the first well, season one through five on prime video. Never even heard of it it, it's a good show Pretty funny actually. My wife's favorite show is Grimm. Well, her number four, which I'll talk about later because I'm actually going to review it, I've been watching that with her.

11:34Tom:Okay.

11:35Mitch:We just started watching it.

11:36Tom:And it's already one of her favorites this year? Yeah, Is it one of her favorites just because it's recent to her?

11:42Mitch:She won't admit that, but I think that's kind of why.

11:45Tom:Did she think really hard on this?

11:46Mitch:Yeah, she came up with something More, so the movies are throwbacks as opposed to the shows. But Grimm, basically it's about this guy. It's a little supernatural kind of yeah it's like the Grimm fairy tales. Yeah, because this guy, he has a whole book and a whole trailer full of weapons and knowledge about the different creatures and stuff like that. And he's like the Grimm gene or whatever is passed down to where he's a little better of a fighter and stuff like that. But when the Grimms see him, he can see them. They look normal, but then their face will change when they get either really mad or really upset about something. So their face will change, but only he can see it, unless the creatures want others to see them.

12:31Mitch:But when he sees them they can also see him and realize that he's a Grimm. I think my mom watches this show and then they freak out because they know that Grimm's killed him and they either attack him or try to run away immediately Run away Pretty much . But he ends up becoming best friends with one of the monsters called Munro. He's called a Bloop Bod for the show. It's a fun name. He's basically a version of the Big Bad Wolf. It's an interesting show. It's not bad. It's not the greatest, just in my point of view. But I'll get more into that because I'm going to review that later on in the episode. Okay, what was Rachel's number three?

13:12Tom:Stranger Things season three. Oh, just season three. I assume she enjoys the entire show. But she specifically said season three.

13:21Mitch:Okay, what's season three? I don't know. You've never seen it.

13:23Tom:I've only seen, like the first five episodes of Stranger Things yeah oh. Never really picked back up on it.

13:28Mitch:It picks up pretty good. I mean, I guess season three is probably where it starts to get like really out there with stuff. I'm trying to remember what season it was From what I've seen.

13:38Tom:I was like man, one Jedi and a lightsaber would just cut all these guys down like it wasn't nothing.

13:44Mitch:Well, there's one thing called the Mind Flayer, which he basically controls others. There's just one.

13:54Tom:Can he be Jedi mind tricked? Can a Jedi be Jedi mind?

13:57Mitch:tricked, I don't know . The Mind Flayer is about the size of a building. It's pretty big I don't know, and he's kind of like an astral projection in our world. You think it?

14:03Tom:could take on an Apache gunship that has rockets and missiles.

14:11Mitch:Probably not.

14:12Tom:You remember that from Ted, when Patrick Stewart's there, he's like there's nothing more stronger than a child's wish Except an Apache gunship helicopter that has rockets and missiles.

14:25Mitch:But I mean stranger things. If you haven't seen it, it's good to watch.

14:28Tom:I liked what I saw. I just need to get back into it .

14:30Mitch:I think season five's supposed to come out around Christmas.

14:33Tom:I was too busy watching Bridgerton and wooing Redhead.

14:39Mitch:Moving on to Hayden's wife, Christian, she has on her number three Star Trek, the Next Generation. I wonder who influenced that.

14:47Tom:I wonder and it's funny you mention that that's Rachel's next one.

14:50Mitch:Oh really, yeah, I didn't picture her as a Star Trek person.

14:54Tom:Yeah, she loves Star Trek.

14:55Mitch:Okay, but yeah, I didn't like anything of Star Trek, but I have watched the Next Generation because I was forced to, because I was forced to and it's interesting.

15:02Tom:I imagine that might be how Christian was I remember being like homesick or something and like Next Generation would be on and I would be like I'd look at it for like five seconds . I'd be like this looks stupid.

15:13Mitch:I'd change the channel to something else that I wanted to watch and then now, like I've watched the whole Next Generation, I've seen a good bit of it.

15:22Tom:I've seen a lot of it now and I'm like this was a good show.

15:28Mitch:As a kid growing up, I just remember always seeing Patrick Stewart sitting in his chair or whatever, right as the credits got ready to roll, right before Kevin Sorbo and Hercules came on.

15:40Tom:Hayden's probably sitting there going yeah. Everybody likes Next.

15:43Mitch:Generation. It's the best show ever. My wife's number three is the Vampire Diaries, which I'll tell you. The name really throws off the show.

15:54Tom:It is a very drama. There is no vampire keeping a diary.

15:55Mitch:Oh, there is.

15:57Tom:Do you see them writing in some sort?

15:58Mitch:of journal. You do Okay.

16:00Tom:All right, fair enough. Are they a vampire? Yes, all right, fair enough Are they a vampire?

16:03Mitch:Yes, all right. The show that throws you off, though, I don't like false advertisement. It sounds a lot more girly than what it is. Because I was like I'm not watching this show. And then my wife it was already in season two she's like please just check it out. So I started watching it. It's a really good show. It's really interesting. You've got two and they kind of fight over her a little bit here and there, but they end up being bros. One gets her, the other one does his own stuff. It's a good show. It has the same. I don't know if you've ever seen the originals, but the bad guys from the originals are the bad guys in Vampire Diaries. Sorry, the good guys in originals are the bad guys in Vampire Diaries for probably at least three or four seasons.

16:52Tom:What's the quote? It's just like if you stick around long enough, you go from hero to villain.

16:57Mitch:Well, he does the main bad guy, or the main guy. In the Originals he is like the ultimate villain because he's just killing people for the fun of it, like laughing at them while he does it. And when he ends up having a child in the originals he changes his demeanor because he wants her to grow up to be a better person. He changes. But the Vampire Diaries is pretty cool. It does go on a little long because the main actress I think she leaves in season six and doesn't come back until midway through season eight because she wanted to go off and do other things. It does have a couple of slow parts, but it's not bad. I really enjoyed it. What's your number two?

17:36Tom:Well, I mean Rachel's was the Next Generation. Oh okay, because that would be Game of Thrones, bridgerton season. Oh no, sorry, outlander.

17:42Mitch:Outlander.

17:43Tom:I don't know anything about Outlander.

17:45Mitch:Well, I know it has something to do with. There's a guy that's been like living in the past and I think I guess it's Scotland time, or something. A woman from the future gets somehow.

17:58Tom:I'm told there's a lot of naked people.

17:59Mitch:She gets trapped in the past and I know, at different seasons, at different points she goes back to the present and then gets back to the past. I was going to watch it and then I found out that the guy basically gets captured and forced to do homosexual things. So I was like I'm not watching this.

18:21Tom:I wish Rachel was here right now so she could be. Well, she wouldn't be talking to microphones, she'd just be shouting what the show was about .

18:27Mitch:She could at least inform us a little more. I do know it has a lot to do with time travel and this girl and this guy falling in love across the ages, kind of thing.

18:38Tom:Like Cloud Atlas or something I guess.

18:42Mitch:Anyways, Christian's number two was Downtown Abbey.

18:46Tom:Downton Abbey, not Downtown Abbey. Woo, there she is, downtown Abbey, come on here mom's in my lap. I'll get you some butter my biscuit.

18:56Mitch:So have you ever watched Downton Abbey?

18:59Tom:I've seen like clips and it's like the stuffiest British show I've ever seen.

19:04Mitch:Okay well, I know nothing, so tell me at least you know about it.

19:06Tom:Like you picture like the most poncy British people, stuffy like Nigel kind of guys and their tweed, and just the witticisms and the wealth and then not doing nothing.

19:24Mitch:You know they're going to listen to this and be like. Anybody that has watched these shows are going to be like. These guys are idiots. They don't know what they're talking about.

19:30Tom:And someone's going to be like but he's not wrong. Like they have servants and butlers. Cars Like these are people who have never worked ever. Like this is generational wealth you can't get rid of. They own estates.

19:45Mitch:Oh, okay, so they're like into the series.

19:49Tom:Yeah, it's about the family and then the servant people doing stuff.

19:55Mitch:Okay.

19:56Tom:I'm told, you're told , I'm reliably informed, and Maggie Smith just being like the biggest, like curmudgeon-y old woman, but her put-downs are like absolutely phenomenal. There's like a super cut clip, it's like every time Maggie Smith was sassy and it's like an hour and a half of her just like giving every single person she encounters the business, whether they're wealthy or not. She ain't having it.

20:23Mitch:Well, either way, way , moving on to my wife's number two, which is smallville I wonder where that came from you are welcome. We have watched that series probably three times, all the way through oh my god, it's a great show. It's basically about superman. Before he becomes superman it's . You know what I guess about. We know what it's about by the time he starts in high school.

20:39Tom:Well I know, we know what it's about.

20:41Mitch:By the time he starts in high school. Well, I know, you know what it's about. It ended in 2011. It was the final season. It's been a while. Did you cry when it ended? Children don't know, you were an emotional man.

20:55Tom:Same thing probably when Supernatural stopped.

20:59Mitch:Supernatural has gone on a little too long. But Smallville, it's about Superman growing up. It's his time in high school, through a little bit of college and then starting to work at the Daily Planet. You have Lana and his friends, his parents. He's meeting Lex, which at the end of the series it explains how, when he becomes Superman, lex doesn't recognize him. There's an explanation for that . But then he also meets Lois and they develop their chemistry and stuff. It's a really good show. It's a lot of fun to watch. There are a lot of filler episodes, because back then it was still 22 episodes, 22 one-hour episodes a season. Oh my God. So it's still 22 episodes, 22 one hour episodes a season.

21:41Tom:So it's a lot of, a lot of episodes it's a lot of filming, a lot of fat, a lot of fat on there but uh, anyways, what's, uh, what's rachel's number one? Uh, let me look back for tv shows uh, she did say those nature documentaries with davidtenborough. Who's?

22:00Mitch:David.

22:00Tom:Attenborough he does the nature documentaries. She's like Planet.

22:03Mitch:Earth.

22:04Tom:You know that kind of stuff.

22:05Mitch:Oh, I was thinking that was Morgan Freeman.

22:07Tom:She does have honorable mentions and unexplained files. Do you know what that?

22:14Mitch:is the Netflix thing, I guess, I don't know.

22:17Tom:It's her list, it's not mine.

22:18Mitch:Unsolved mysteries.

22:19Tom:If Rachel was here, I'd ask her.

22:20Mitch:I think unexplained.

22:23Tom:Tonight unsolved. That's all I will ever remember .

22:27Mitch:I'm pretty sure. Thank you, tourette's guy, I'm pretty sure unexplained.

22:30Tom:And then she said Frasier oh okay. Which that reminds us of another person's favorite favorite show, and everybody loves Raymond and Reba.

22:40Mitch:Well, I think unexplained files is the show on Netflix where it's uh, what's the guy that played captain Kirk Shatner?

22:51Tom:Yeah, william Shatner , I think he hosts it. The chat man. It's like 93 or so.

22:55Mitch:He's like uh, my wife's or sorry, christians uh list ends with number one being the Bates motel. So he's like he's old. My wife's oh sorry, christian's list ends with number one being the Bates Motel.

23:05Tom:About Norman Bates oh yeah, I didn't watch it. I didn't watch it either, but I know it's about a guy who's like has like a weird relationship with his mom and he kills her and then he just starts dressing up as her and killing people. Yeah, at least in the movie.

23:18Mitch:At their hotel.

23:19Tom:At the hotel the Bates Motel, where he's the master of the Bates Motel, and then for her last little entry here.

23:28Mitch:Her honorable mention it says it's her equally the best and worst show of all time, Lost. Yeah, it was great, that show was such a phenomenon when it happened. It was great for three seasons and then sucked.

23:43Tom:And like people were, like everybody talked about Lost, lost.

23:46Mitch:Lost. Lost Did you watch? Lost Did you watch?

23:50Tom:Like people like dissecting episode by episode what it all means and it turned out they were all dead the entire time. They were in like purgatory or something. You ruined it. They were all dead the entire time. They were in like purgatory or something. You ruined it. Oh sorry, everybody knows it's like everybody getting pissed off on the Sopranos on it because it just cuts to black and you just hear like screaming .

24:07Mitch:And for the last one, from my wife's TV show, which it's not a whole lot to talk about it's the Bachelorette.

24:13Tom:No.

24:14Mitch:I can't stand watching that, but I'll sit down and watch them with her and I'll be going. Why are they fighting over her?

24:18Tom:I have a gripe about this show. Here's an opinion I have. Okay, because you watch the Bachelorette, it's about the guy , and then there's all the women , there's like 30 of them. It's, like, you know, poon City .

24:36Mitch:Well, no. So the Bachelorette is the girl and all the guys fighting over her. And I'm thinking why would these? Guys all be fighting over the one girl.

24:42Tom:Yeah, Because even on the vice versa, where it's just like you know, I want someone who's going to be with me, it's just like five minutes after this is over, you're going to go hook up with three other fucking people Like stop. I said freaking.

24:54Mitch:No, you did not.

24:54Tom:I said freaking. No, we will run that through an AI. There was an R in there, don't worry, we'll get transcripts, we'll get transcripts. I said freaking.

25:05Mitch:We're going to see.

25:06Tom:Calm yourself, sir. You're getting all as soon as we get done.

25:10Mitch:I'm going to go ahead and upload this and see what the transcript says. What is it? 25 minutes.

25:16Tom:Roughly. You want to write that down with your pen. Yes, I do. It's next to your book. It's still next to your book. It's still next to your book. You found it Good job, Mitch.

25:23Mitch:Yeah, we're going to check that one out. Next episode, buddy.

25:29Tom:It's such a stupid premise it is. And then, like you see, it's like, oh, like they get with this person and then a month later it's like they're divorced . It's like, well, duh.

25:38Mitch:Well, heck, in the same show she's like, oh, I want to find that one. And she makes out with this guy . And then 20 minutes later she goes on another date with another guy and makes out with him.

25:46Tom:And then she's getting railed in the hot tub and then she's going out with this guy.

25:49Mitch:She's making out with that guy, it's just like now and you're at five Stop.

26:00Tom:Like this is obviously not how you meet a person.

26:03Mitch:I do remember there was.

26:04Tom:You have to find them outside reading Bridgerton.

26:06Mitch:There was one episode it was like the very first episode for the season and this guy kept trying to take the girl like that was the bachelorette to the like intimacy suite on the like first meeting her.

26:18Tom:Hey, go for it.

26:21Mitch:He was going for gold and he failed miserably. He got sent out before they even did nominations and stuff.

26:25Tom:Oh, dang, she was like he can go. You need to leave, sir, you horrid, horrid, horrid man.

26:31Mitch:I don't remember what season it was, but that was funny. I think it's a stupid show. Anyways, let's move on to their movie list.

26:38Tom:These are also in no particular order.

26:42Mitch:The Fifth Element. Oh wow, I'm surprised.

26:44Tom:Multi-pass, please Multi-pass. I haven't seen the movie. Oh my In years.

26:52Mitch:I just remember Bruce Willis. Oh, so you have seen it.

26:54Tom:I have seen it.

26:54Mitch:Okay, woo, it's exciting, you just lost your movie card. You're like you started sweating. Gotta withdraw that blockbuster card. Man, give it back.

27:06Tom:Relics of a bygone age.

27:08Mitch:I love when Chris Tucker's walking around and he's like you got the microphone thing in his hair.

27:17Tom:It was such a.

27:18Mitch:It was a great movie. I don't have a list for Christian, I just had her movies , that's all I had. So good job, hayden. But anyways, my wife's number five movie is the Sixth Sense, which I didn't expect A lot of Bruce Willis in here. She hates horror movies so I was kind of surprised with the Sixth Sense. She's not a big fan of any kind of jump scares or gory stuff, but she liked that movie so. I'm surprised so what was your?

27:44Tom:what was Rachel's? Next one is Hercules, the animated Disney movie it was a good one it was a good one, james Woods playing Hades. Danny DeVito he's mad and the flames turn blue. It was a good movie. I haven't seen that one in forever.

28:01Mitch:My wife's number four was Jurassic World.

28:04Tom:Jurassic World.

28:05Mitch:Yeah, not Park Right.

28:07Tom:Is it a typo?

28:08Mitch:No, I asked her. I double checked with her Because she likes Chris Pratt. And what's the other girl, bryce Dallas Howard or Dallas Bryce, I can't remember her last name. The girl with the red hair.

28:20Tom:Bryce Dallas Howard.

28:21Mitch:I can't remember, but I asked her. I was like why do you like Jurassic World? She goes, I like it when they eat people.

28:29Tom:And you're just like.

28:30Mitch:But I thought you didn't like Gord. She's like it's fun. I was like okay.

28:34Tom:I like watching dinosaurs munch on the humans. It's like the Christopher Walken thing. It's just like his favorite restaurant is Chuck E Cheese, and it's just like I go there for the pizza, and it's just like he's like yeah and I like to watch the mouse dance as he churns his butter.

28:51Mitch:Yeah, anyways, what was Rachel's number three?

28:55Tom:Hope Floats.

28:56Mitch:That's the one with Sandra Bullock, isn't it? Sure, I want to say that's the one with Sandra Bullock. No wait, well, look it up, man, help me out here, I don't know, I've never seen Hope Floats. I'm pretty sure it's the one with.

29:10Tom:Sandra Bullock. I mean, let's see, I've never been one to turn down a good Sandra Bullock movie.

29:20Mitch:Bernie Calvert must choose between her morals and her heart after her husband divorces her and a charming young man who her daughter disapproves of comes back into her life. Okay, I knew it was sandra bullock, but it's not the movie I thought it was, so it's just one of those like lovey-dovey drama movies gotcha, it looks that way, it looks that way all right, my wife's number three is the proposal, which is another central public movie that's a honorable mention from yeah, she liked the proposal with uh her and ryan reynolds and betty what yeah but uh, she loves that movie, that's. That's actually the first movie we went and saw on a date. Uh took her to the proposal I was forecasting.

29:59Tom:Foreshadowing.

30:01Mitch:This is your life coming, but yeah, I love that movie. It's just hilarious. Anything Ryan Reynolds comedy is funny, so I'm going to say it . What was her number two?

30:11Tom:White Chicks.

30:16Mitch:My favorite part of White Chicks. I told my dad my little girl had a dance recital this past week. I said we need to get you some like light up, glow sticks, a whistle when they come out to dance. Get up there like Terry Crews. We start dancing Cause they're like all high up on drugs or whatever. I love that movie. You've seen it right?

30:35Tom:I've seen White Shanks and it's been, I mean, 20 years probably, since I watched that movie from beginning to end. The Way of the Brothers Back when they were still really, really popular yeah, back in the era of good old Major Payne.

30:50Mitch:Moving on to You're platin' on me. My wife's second favorite movie is Dolphin Tale. Have you ever seen that True story About the dolphin who lost their tail?

30:59Tom:Yeah, and they get like the prosthetic thing. Yeah, I think I have seen that movie.

31:03Mitch:It's a good movie. It's a true story. We actually got to go down.

31:07Tom:Did you meet the dolphin?

31:08Mitch:We did. We went down to I think it's in Tampa Bay, where the facility that they're at, and we got to go to their rescue shelter, whatever meet several of the animals and then I forgot what the dolphin's actual name is Like the dolphins are doing a Q&A.

31:23Tom:Well, no, how's the prosthetic tail working?

31:27Mitch:You get to see them and stuff they do the tricks and things, but you get to actually meet them, pet them and stuff like that depending on how much money you pay. But so what was Rachel's number one?

31:37Tom:The Hunt for Red October.

31:40Mitch:That does not seem like a movie I would have predicted for her to like.

31:49Tom:Rachel's a well-rounded person with tastes and interests. The Hunt for Red October is one of the best movies ever. We featured that and I was like the top ten watching movies.

31:56Mitch:Yeah, the Hunt for October is like the number one. So explain just a little bit, like a quick synopsis of what it is for those who don't know it's the Hunt for the Ballistic Missile Submarine Red October, based on the Tom Clancy novel.

32:06Tom:So you have Sean Connery who plays Russian boat captain, or Lithuanian boat captain who works for the Soviet Union. The guy with only the Russian accent, because it just would have been stupid. Just be Sean Connery and be impressive and be cool. He takes out Ballistic Boat. They have a mission he's actually planning to defect. All the officers are in on it. Jack Ryan, played by Alec Baldwin the best portrayal of Jack Ryan is a CIA analyst. When they figure out that the Hunter for October is doing this and they figure out because it has like a called the Caterpillar drive, which is electromagnetic displacement that runs along the axis of the sub, that basically works as a jet engine underwater and it's no moving parts, so you can't

32:48Tom:hear it.

32:49Mitch:Okay.

32:49Tom:Which basically means you can't detect the sub, Right , right, right. And then you know them playing like this cat and mouse of like, trying to intercept the Red October. He deduces that he's going to defect and they try to help them and then the Russians are trying to blow them up and kill them. Okay, Great movie. You've seen the Hunt for Red October, right, Okay?

33:08Mitch:I just wanted a synopsis that way. We're old compared to most of the people.

33:12Tom:That probably listen to our stuff, me and you are old , yes, You're older. Her Honorable old. Yes, you're older, oh uh.

33:25Mitch:Her honorable mentions okay, the lord of the rings and shrek, it's shrek. Oh and uh benjamin buttons.

33:29Tom:That's the one where uh brad pitt goes backwards yeah , he's born an old man and turns into a baby.

33:33Mitch:Yeah, uh, my wife's final number one is beauty and the beast my sister would probably rate that her favorite. Beauty and the Beast. I remember at one point they re-released it on its 20th or 25th anniversary. We had to go watch it one night .

33:47Tom:The OG animated Disney movies are still better than any of the live action crap that they put out. It is yeah, it's just so much better, yeah, yeah, that's her favorite one.

33:58Mitch:Like when she at our wedding, when she walked down the aisle it was the Beauty and the Beast song and all that. It's just her favorite thing.

34:05Tom:Aw, you came out and it was Thunderstruck. Nope, I had the Superman theme, the 78, or the 70s Superman theme. The best one.

34:14Mitch:Yeah, yep, that's our all-now tune.

34:19Tom:And everybody went super.

34:20Mitch:Oh, look back, then I was in shape, so I was looking good, did your tux have a cape?

34:26Tom:That would have been a good idea Did you do and have the S? I should have man. That would have been good. Get married again.

34:33Mitch:It wouldn't have the same effect nowadays. Go to the gym.

34:37Tom:Just do it. Just do it that Go to the gym.

34:39Mitch:Just do it, just do it. That requires time, just go do it. So, anyways, what have you watched or played lately?

34:45Tom:You know what I've played. Let it roll. Welcome to the Warzone. Hayden's eyes just rolled so loud, it's just so hard you could hear it.

34:59Mitch:It's like the cartoon Tom and Jerry when they just just hear them rattling because they're rolling so much.

35:03Tom:That's exactly exactly what happened. Yeah, season four for Warzone has just come out. A lot of patch notes and different things. The CAR-98 is back. I was so happy and it actually will one-shot people in the face .

35:21Mitch:Oh, wow, okay, so it's actually usable.

35:23Tom:It is usable, especially on the resurgence maps. I was dropping dudes out of the sky and I was like this is great, I was just shooting dudes out of helicopters again and I was like I'm back, because at first I got to level it up. It was only like 16 levels to do it and it was a double XP week, yeah, so everybody was using it and having fun, but, like all multiplayer, was that or the new SMG, okay, and it was just like that. As soon as you ran a corner you're just getting one shot again by Kar98s. And they still didn't fix the trigger problem with the Kar98.

35:59Mitch:Which was what?

36:00Tom:So the Kar98 in the original one, if you recall using, you'd shoot somebody. You got to rechamber and as soon as you slam the bolt back forward and back in the position , you're pulling the trigger again, but there's a delay. I don't know if you remember that, I don't remember. It's still kind of there where you can't get the next shot off as quickly as you think you could, so you're just mashing the trigger and nothing's happening. And then they brought in let me see here, my phone just turned off, not good. What was the new? They brought in a new SMG. It has some silly name. That was just stupid. Oh, erzikstan, the big battle royale map is now up to 120 players.

36:41Mitch:Okay, From a 100. But that was the last Warzone 2 , wasn't it I?

36:46Tom:don't know. I think it's only been 100 players the whole time, but they just jumped it to 120.

36:51Mitch:Oh wait, no, I'm thinking about Al-Mazra. Yeah yeah, Erzikstan is the newest one, the new big, which was better than Al-Mazur?

36:59Tom:Yeah, definitely better than Caldera. Yes, so much better. But now it's up to 120 from 100 . What chances for me to die they also increased the speed with the delay between Precision Airstrikes from the first run to the second one, because you'd be like and then you'd be like, trying to still get out of it if you were down, and then it's like you'd be like now it's. It's pretty much it's a one-two punch. Okay, which is nice. They added a bunch of new maps. I don't like any of them.

37:33Mitch:You don't want multiplayer maps, yeah.

37:35Tom:Yeah, they brought back the Bunker Buster. This is a special type of missile that can vertically decimate a building through multiple floors. You have to buy it and it's like $30,000 or $20-something thousand dollars.

37:48Mitch:That'd still be worth it, though.

37:50Tom:At the last zone.

37:52Mitch:There's one building left, broken arrow, one building left.

37:56Tom:One building left. Like half the people on the map are hiding on different floors. The utility box is back where you can pick it up. So that's on Erzikstan. Now the utility box, it's a red box. It replenishes ammo and plates. Oh cool, what else did they bring back? There's a new vehicle that's actually drivable. Then the junk, Because no one even uses the vehicles. Really.

38:25Mitch:Not like how it used to be.

38:26Tom:Where it was, just dudes in big Berthas cruising around.

38:29Mitch:Because now your vehicle can't turn like they used to.

38:32Tom:No.

38:33Mitch:I mean you're hitting everything.

38:34Tom:Like a solid Warzone. Strategy at one point was to get in the big Bertha and drive. Yeah, because it was near impossible to get sniped out of it in one shot. You mean you could, but they had to get a good shot. And that thing was a tank, it could take three RPG rockets.

38:50Mitch:The vehicles need to be beefier if they don't have offensive capabilities.

38:54Tom:And there's no point because they have so many zips.

38:56Mitch:Yeah.

39:01Tom:And, like you know uh , portable one where you can fly up and go, or like a lot of time, you can outrun it, it's well.

39:03Mitch:I'm just saying if the vehicle can't like, if it doesn't have a turret or something on it, it you know it needs to be a little beefier and health.

39:10Tom:I mean, I'm not really uh I'm not advocating that vehicles make a comeback in war zone. I really don't care. To be honest, I don't want vehicles to make a comeback because it just got annoying after a while, Because you get into an open area and it'd be like there'd be four big birds that's just driving around in circles. Oh, yeah. And dudes running for their lives from rocks to trees just getting smashed into pieces, and all you needed was one person with a precision.

39:34Mitch:True.

39:34Tom:Or a cluster or or something, and it was all over. Buy station improvement Purchase weapons will now drop behind the players to make them easier to distinguish from nearby loot. The initial circle the delay time before the initial circle begins to shrink has been increased to two minutes, up from one. So as soon as the game starts at one minute the zone starts to collapse. So now you have two minutes where you actually get some loot and move and not have to run for your life. Basically, land, find whatever you find in the first 10 feet and then haul it to get into the zone. Redeployment players will now respawn from Gulag with updated primary and secondary weapons. They adjusted a lot of the oh.

40:18Tom:They removed C4 from Gulag. I don't know why. I didn't know it was in there it was, but nobody used it, Nobody cared. I didn't give a crap about that . Gulag tokens very low chance in general loot Guaranteed from most wanted Limited inventory at buy stations. Redeploy Doesn't spawn in general loot. Low chance as a reward for most wanted Limited inventory at buy stations. Redeploy Doesn't spawn in general loot. Low chance as a reward for most wanted Redeploy flares. Low chance in legendary chests. Low chance where support items can spawn, such as medical cabinets or lower chance. So I think they're trying to limit the amount of flares. Okay, Because there are some games you play. You kill somebody and he had like six.

41:01Mitch:Oh yeah.

41:01Tom:And you're like where ? And I'm like I can't find a plate, I can't find money, I can just keep finding shotgun ammo.

41:09Mitch:The last game that we played of Resurgence on the Sheikah Island. I did end up with three. I got all three of y'all back in.

41:17Tom:I was wondering how I came back, because I was like he's not even near a buy station . I was like I'm not going to question it. I mean, I don't know if the game was just like, just come on back down.

41:23Mitch:I was just thinking. I was like there's not that much space left and I can't find enough people we had killed. I'd find like one. So I was just holding on to him , just in case.

41:34Tom:So buy station inventory update Team unlimited amount. I don't know why that wouldn't be. Armor plate is $300. Gas mask $3,000, which I think it was $2,500. So, thanks, biden, freaking inflation over here. Ammo box $2,000. Uav is still $6,000. Supply UAV is $2,000. I don't know anybody who wants to supply UAV. Loadout variable and unlimited. Cluster strike is four. Precision is six. Utility box is 3,000. Self-revive 4,000, and there's only two per buy station. Portable radar is 2,000, two per buy station. Mosquito drone 4,000, two per buy station. Bunker buster oh sorry, bunker buster 4,000, and there's two of them per buy station. Okay, that might be a specialist now at buy stations. One per buy station $30,000.

42:25Mitch:Specialist. What does specialist do?

42:26Tom:Gives you every perk.

42:27Mitch:Oh, I didn't realize that.

42:28Tom:Remember that from the first Warzone no, where we would try to find them on rebirth and get specialist.

42:33Mitch:Oh yeah, that's not bad.

42:35Tom:That's not bad at all . A couple of weapon adjustments the BP-50 got nerfed. They decreased a lot of stuff to it. The Ball 27. I don't know what that is Buffed. The Holger 5.56, buffed, that gun still isn't good. The G36. Yeah, it's still not competitive. The SVA sorry, the 545, decreased, decreased, so nerfed. The MCW buffed, which is what that's like. The AR that we turned into an SMG that we've been using. Yeah, that I like a lot. A couple of the Warzone II guns got buffed the chimera, the cast of the hemlock, when the hemlock was like the best gun in the game. Submachine guns the amr9 got, uh, increasing, I mean it kind of kind of buffed. The f Horace I don't remember which one that is, I think it's

43:41Tom:the new one A lot of stuff saying increased, such as damage range, so buffed. The Rival 9, buffed. Striker 9, nerfed for no reason . That gun wasn't even that great . Wsp 9, nerfed again. The DG-58 LSW what we've been using the bullpup LMG, it's been slightly nerfed. The Holger-26 has been buffed. The sniper rifles only one got nerfed for no reason, for no reason whatsoever. I'm trying to see if there's any other pertinent information. Oh, sorry, shut up. Yeah, that's pretty much it. I mean nobody really cares because there's a new SMG. The new SMG is really really good, really good, fast reload and it's only a 40-round mag max , which kind of sucks yeah that kind of beats it. But it's, you know, as a sniper support, not mag max, which kind

44:38Tom:of sucks, but it's, you know, as a sniper support, just as a support. To pull it up and have 40 rounds is not bad. It's really accurate, really good at the mid range, okay. But the Kar98 is the piece de resistance. It's what we all wanted. I had that gun leveled up in gold in an hour.

44:54Mitch:I was like I'm going to the horse you sweat, I am, and I am unapologetic about it. Anyways, we'll move on to actual interesting stuff the schmovie, the show Grimm. The schmovie I was about to say the show and then I was about to say movie and I was like, oh no, it's a TV show.

45:12Tom:Grimm. What's a schmovie? It's a show movie. It's a movie about a show.

45:16Mitch:Like I said, it was on my wife's top five list for her TV shows, but we're in the end of season three out of six seasons, so I feel like I'm qualified to give a judgment on what I feel so far. From the beginning to now, the show has progressively gotten better. It's an okay show. I mean because I've watched Supernatural and the Vampire Diaries and Originals. I feel like they're a little bit better as far as focusing on what the thing's about. But the little plot synopsis for the show is a Portland detective, nick Burkhart, has seen some gruesome crime scenes, but nothing prepares him for the strange visions. He begins seeing seemingly regular people momentarily transforming into hideous monsters.

45:57Mitch:A visit from his only living relative reveals the truth. Nick has inherited the ability to see supernatural creatures and as a Grimm he is tasked with keeping the balance between mankind and the mythological. A reformed big bad wolf becomes his greatest and also reluctant ally and confidant. It's not long before his work as a policeman leads Nick to the criminals he once thought were only found in fairy tales.

46:21Tom:I think I've seen like when this show came out, long before his work as a policeman leads Nick to the criminals he once thought were only found in fairy tales.

46:26Mitch:I think I've seen like when this show came out and I was like I saw it the first maybe two episodes on TV and I was like, nah, yeah, it's okay. Like it feels like they've kind of copped out when it comes to the creatures Because, like the big bad wolf, when he changes, it's just his face becomes more wolf-like. He's not full werewolf looking. He gets bigger hair and it's all CGI. His eyes turn red, he gets bigger eyebrows, bigger beard. There's a couple of creatures that one looks like a snake, so his whole head gets almost like he goes bald and all of a sudden he has like scaly skin with eyes and big, sharp teeth. I just feel like they kind of cop out on the creatures.

47:07Tom:On the production of it.

47:09Mitch:Yeah, I mean the CGI was bad for the first couple episodes and as the seasons have gone on I've gotten better with it. The characters are fun to watch . Me and my wife both agree there's a character called Munro , which is the big bad wolf character. He's easily the best of the characters because he's funny, but he's also like a tank because he's basically a werewolf he can take a hit but he's funny because he's like a very mild mannered, like he works on clocks, it's like his profession. he's just a very mild mannered, he's a vegetarian and he's a wolf, he's a werewolf. Somebody gets on, like you know they have to go on a crime because he can't take his partner, because he doesn't know anything about this.

47:50Mitch:So he takes Monroe with him, sometimes like at night, to figure out what creature they're hunting, and you know they'll fight with him and stuff and kind of like. I guess kind of like Smallville , the guy that plays the Grim. He kind of at one point something happens and he gets better. He gets blinded by one of the creatures and his hearing gets better to where he can hear stuff, like in the other room, like if a pin dropped into another room he can hear it. Another thing happens to him where he technically dies and is dead for a little while and then he, his strength, becomes stronger, not to the point where , like, he can rip doors off, but he's stronger than a normal person. Nice. But it's interesting because while they're hunting these

48:34Mitch:different creatures, each, each episode focuses on a different either grim fairy tale or some kind of folklore, because there's not enough grim fairy tales that people would recognize. So they've kind of just introduced Eastern European folklore as well. Krampus, that's one of the episodes. That's one of the episodes.

48:58Tom:And basically in that episode.

49:00Mitch:People would see some kid, like mean kid, get picked up in a sack and Krabs would hold him in the sack and beat him with a belt but then he would kidnap the kid and leave a piece of coal where he kidnapped him. But it's interesting. There is an overall story arc where there's what they call the Royals, which is a group of what they call Vesson, which all the creatures that's their like general term they're called a Vesson. Is it a creature? Because they all use, try and use, kind of like a German language which when I researched it's the language is just a made up words for them. They just incorporate German into it. But it's interesting because the Royals all want to capture nick because he's like an anomaly, because most of the

49:45Mitch:time grim is just kill any kind of creature they come across. And he's a good grim and it kind of violates their balance in the world to have that, uh, and then you know some of the monsters that he's befriended. It violates the natural order for them to be friends with him and all sorts of stuff. Right now they're searching for like keys that open something. There's like six or seven keys and Nick has one, and then at the end of season three there's another one that somebody is trying to trying to give to him. Um, I don't, I don't know exactly where those are going, but it does a really good job of tying in. So it's I think it was a 7.9 out of 10. I'll give it a 7. It's an interesting show and it has gotten better as the

50:33Mitch:season's gone on, but it's okay. I mean it's worth watching.

50:40Tom:Nice, I might watch that. I won't. I won't, I'm lying to you?

50:43Mitch:I know you won't. Do you have any news, Tom? Call of Duty 9.

50:48Tom:Yeah, the teaser for Black Ops 6, which is like, oh, I'm black and white and it's just like you know all these world leaders, it's like Clinton .

50:55Mitch:What was it?

50:55Tom:for Black Ops 6.

51:00Mitch:Welcome to the war zone. Do you want to go ahead one more time?

51:04Tom:He's like, yeah, as soon as I come back.

51:13Mitch:We're never going to talk about that game again.

51:15Tom:She's like bashing his head with desk. He's like the teaser came out for black up six. It's like all black and white and they're showing all these world leaders and it's like you know you want to be. So we started a war in the shadows and, like you know, doing all this stuff. But it's like you know you want a piece. So we started war in the shadows and, like you know, doing all this stuff. But it's like they show clinton , colin powell, margaret thatcher, I think george hw bush . Uh, and then I think it's obviously going to take place in probably the late 1980s into the early 1990s. Okay, interesting. So they're supposed to have the June 9th or 8th is going to be the release of the full trailer for the game that they said they

51:58Tom:weren't going to do one this year.

52:00Mitch:Yeah, the game that they weren't going to have.

52:01Tom:Yeah, so here we go.

52:03Mitch:Okay, well, I have news about Disney and Warner Brothers Discovery. They've collaborated on some kind of plan that they're going to try and bundle the service between Disney+, hulu and HBO Max. Stop bundling it. Yeah, they're going to somehow combine it all together. I don't know how that works logistically, but that's what they're working on. Did you ever watch the show Special Ops Lioness that I told you it's pretty good. It's on Paramount+. They've approved for a season two. It was about a female who it's based on a real program, but she basically infiltrates the terrorist organization by befriending the terrorist like either wife or soon-to-be wife. She befriends them just to get close and in the first season

52:51Mitch:she did that to get close, to try and kill her father. Well, season two I don't know if it'll be the same people or another mission, but they've already approved for that. There's going to be a new Lord of the Rings movie, the.

53:03Tom:Hunt for God. Yeah, we talked about that.

53:06Mitch:Come out in 2026. The Batman, batman, the Caped Crusader, it's actually it's going to have like a a 40s noir style to it, where it's going to be like based in the 40s. So it's going to be a lot. It's high tech for Batman but it's, like you know, very 40s-esque where, like the vehicles, it's going to be kind of like the original Batman anime series. He's got a gas-powered grappling hook. He just shoots it out Different things like that, so that'll be kind of interesting.

53:38Tom:Batman.

53:40Mitch:Let's see. And it premieres August 1st this year on Prime Video. Okay, and there's a theory that James Gunn might have revealed the villain for Superman in the picture. It's a sun kind of creature called Solaris. That's from the. I think it's called All-Star Superman, which is kind of like a one or two comic kind of series. That was outside the main continuity. Peter Jackson is returning for WB's New Lord of the Rings movie for its 2026 debut. Let's see. Marvel has decided they will release less content. They're trying to aim for three movies and two shows per year.

54:26Tom:Three movies a year? Huh yeah, None of their stuff's been good since Infinity War.

54:32Mitch:Well, that's true For WWE. The PG era has officially ended , so they're going to go back to where you know Stone Cold. That kind of mentality we're going to PG-13? . Oh yeah, back to TVMA or TV-14. Nice, instead of just catering more towards kids, it'll be towards teens and young adults. There's going to be a new GI Joe Snake Eyes video game. It's going to be based let's see the game's in development from the same creators that made Batman Arkham series. That could be interesting. That could be cool. The Fantastic Four has cast John Malkovich in some kind of role, but they haven't revealed what yet. Doctor Doom, that would actually be, because all he's got to do is the voice. Yeah, because anybody could be in the suit.

55:16Mitch:That'd be good. Yeah, now that you mention it. And then I saw someone says Marvel Studios has officially cast both Ghost Rider and Galactus. It's not official, but it is rumored that Ralph Innocent has been cast as Galactus I don't know who that is and Ryan Gosling will be playing Ghost Rider, allegedly Because supposedly he has been in talks with Marvel. But we'll have to see. Let's see, I had a little bit more somewhere.

55:47Tom:As you scroll through the pictures of your kids.

55:49Mitch:Yep somewhere.

55:52Tom:Oh, those are punishments for Hayden.

55:53Mitch:Oh my God, there's so many.

55:55Tom:Oh dang.

55:57Mitch:All right. The Rock's next big movie, the Smashing Machine, is going to be based off the UFC legend, mark Kerr and I know this is being a podcast, you can't really see, but the guy on the left is the rock Cause he's put on prosthetics and stuff to look more like the guy on the right, but it's basically it's going to be about this, uh like a documentary movie about, uh, this UFC guy that's legendary as far as you know, in the in the fighting and stuff. So Darius in the fighting and stuff, okay. And then Lucasfilm is working on the rights to make Knights of the Old Republic. You know what I don't want them to make it?

56:37Tom:I don't, because they'll ruin it. Yeah, they're going to ruin it. Kathleen Kennedy will ruin that movie. Mark the calendar. What's today? What's today, june 2nd 2024. It is 437 pm as I sit on this chair. Mitch, if they make this movie and Kathleen Kennedy has anything to do with it, that movie will suck. You sit on a throne of lies. No, I sit on a throne of oak, because this chair is made out of hood Hood Hood. They will F up that movie and it will be stupid, ridiculous and nothing as cool, as awesome as the game.

57:14Mitch:Well, the Star Wars Acolyte TV show actually comes out this week on the 4th. I think it actually looks interesting. People are like, oh, it's bad because it's women.

57:24Tom:It looks interesting.

57:26Mitch:There's one character , he looks pretty malevolent.

57:29Tom:I'm going to call it right now Revan is going to be a woman. Yeah, I'm telling you.

57:35Mitch:I'm telling you my last bit of news I have is the King of the Hill, bobby, I guess , sequel, I guess TV show Bobby is going to be a 21-year-old Bobby. Bobby, hill Bobby, and that's been confirmed by Pamela Audlin.

57:50Tom:Who does the voice of Bobby?

57:52Mitch:Oh, okay, I wasn't sure who she voiced, but yeah, so it'd be a 21-year-old, bobby.

57:56Tom:Is Mike Judge coming back for this to do, Hank?

57:58Mitch:I don't know but it'll be on Hulu.

58:02Tom:The series will be playing on One of the funniest Mike Judge things I ever saw. He's sitting there talking about how they got the Beavis and. Butthead and how he got the voice for Boomhauer. And he's like this redneck guy would just call us all the time like drunk or something, but his voice just sounded like Boomhauer. He's like I still have the thing saved, but he kept calling Beavis and Butthead Porky's Butthole, he's like. He called me like young man. Dang it, man. I'm watching TV. Man, dang it you, porky's butthole, god come on.

58:30Mitch:And our last bit of news, which revolves around the podcast only, is we are forcing Hayden to watch Skills Mermaids are real over while he's in Iraq . Have fun Hayden.

58:40Tom:We miss you.

58:41Mitch:We're having him watch that and then announcing on this episode, we're also going to have you have him watch gotham knights which is on hbo the uh the batman show.

58:52Tom:That has nothing to do with batman he made it half the year without being punished yeah, that's what I said. We gotta, we gotta catch up yeah, we gotta start hitting him this way. He's got something to complain about when he gets back so hey, I hope you enjoy skills.

59:04Mitch:The mermaids till or mermaids are real and gothamam Kniggets. The Gotham Knights the series. It's only got one season so it already got canceled, so he doesn't have to worry about that ?

59:16Tom:How many episodes is the first season?

59:18Mitch:25. No, I think it's like seven or eight. It got canceled pretty quick. He won't watch it, he better.

59:25Tom:He'll watch it, but he won't remember anything about it.

59:28Mitch:He's got to review it when he gets back, so better take notes, write it down. That's all I have for today.

59:35Tom:That's all I got.

59:36Mitch:All right.

59:37Tom:Well, bye, Bye. I was going to say thank you for listening. I hope you enjoyed this episode .

59:43Mitch:We'll catch you on the next one. You're like all right, you done , yet they're still here. You got a poop or something. They're still here. They're here for good.
