0:56Mitch:Really he's halfway through it, I forgot I don't even remember what he looks like .

1:01Tom:I know I don't even remember what he looks like I know, I just remember it was smug.

1:03Mitch:I bet he's going to be a little more sunburnt when he comes back.

1:05Tom:He's probably going to have a great tan and you know he's going to be like look at how tan I am.

1:12Mitch:guys, Look at how handsome I am.

1:18Tom:Well, when you hear this, Hayden, I hope that your helmet rubs the hair off your head.

1:23Mitch:I'm tired of. I hope he comes back with like a rug bird. No, the sad thing is.

1:26Tom:Hayden could go totally bald and still have more hair than us.

1:30Mitch:It's because he has like a sweater when he takes his shirt off.

1:32Tom:Yeah, he's a gorilla Clothes on Like. The first time I saw it I was like what the? It didn't look right. It looked like it was glued all over.

1:43Mitch:It didn't look right. It looked like it was glued all over, wasn't that something?

1:45Tom:you'd expect. No, I was quite startled by the amount of body hair and I was like, oh, someone's escaped from the monkey exhibit and it's like, no, no, it's just Hayden, harry, harry, hayden, harry, brandon.

2:18Tom:This exclamation point those things, those places , those is those notifications.

2:21Mitch:What you got there.

2:23Tom:Oh what my classroom oh For college. Oh, gotcha Okay.

2:26Mitch:I was like what is that?

2:28Tom:What you got there, huh.

2:29Mitch:Guess, I'm special.

2:31Tom:You look like Mitch but you sound like the damn Riddler with all these questions . Anyway, we're doing for this episode, we're doing a top 10 creepiest or scariest kid shows. Yes, scariest kids shows. Yes, and this was a tough list to make. It was because a lot of the like I went through like all these top tens, looking for like something to jog my memory, and a lot of them these are the ones I have I watched, but there were so many that were from like oh, this horse, and I'm like looking at the screenshots for this show and I'm like this is a horror movie and it's like this british kids show and I'm like what?

3:03Mitch:yeah I. The first three to four for me were easy to pick up. And then the rest of them. I just had to figure out and fill in, like I had to go up and look up stuff and I was like, oh yeah, I remember that.

3:11Tom:So I only have eight.

3:13Mitch:I've got ten. I've got ten, but yeah, it was a harder list than.

3:18Tom:I'll start with my number 10.

3:22Mitch:Tales of the Crypt Keeper.

3:24Tom:I had that at number four Okay. And these aren't really in like a Now, this is the cartoon version yeah, okay, yeah, if you say that I mean when I saw the picture I was like oh yeah, I remember that.

3:39Mitch:I was explaining to Tom before we started. It's hard for me to think of cartoons as scary to me. It was all more live action kind of things that were scary.

3:48Tom:But I'll give this one because it was scary stories like scarier than like scooby-doo and yeah I think what the cartoons had is like they can be like disturbing, right, or disconcerting to some people, whereas you know, it's hard to be super scared on a cartoon. Then again, there are some shows. There is one that I remember that pulled it off, which is, I believe, my number one.

4:14Mitch:I remember the Tales of the Cryptkeeper was scary because it did still have the voice from the actual Cryptkeeper. Yeah, kind of guy.

4:21Tom:But I mean as far as the the Cryptkeeper, the live action as far as like the, is it more like the Crypt Keeper, like the live action? Like wasn't he on this? Like at the beginning?

4:30Mitch:Well, yeah, like he's a.

4:31Tom:It's a corpse in a suit.

4:33Mitch:Yeah, he's like a green kind of ghoul, except for.

4:37Tom:He's a corpse in a suit. He's a zombie.

4:39Mitch:Well, it didn't show like the like. The Crypt Keeper that you're thinking of is this one, but this is the one that shows up in the cartoon.

4:44Tom:It's the one. Yeah, because they would like prop him up and he'd be like yeah, the Crypt Keeper.

4:49Mitch:Like in the live action stuff he is. It's like a skeleton with like hair in a suit. The Crypt Keeper on the cartoon is a decomposing body. Yeah, it looks kind of purple druid shroud thing on, yeah, but it was creepy because it was still supposed to be the same character and he was just. You know, he was creepy. It didn't have like a happy ending to these cartoons because they were supposed to be scary, yeah. So that was kind of the difference. But it came out in 1993. It had five seasons.

5:21Tom:I think Didn't it have like a comeback year?

5:28Mitch:It did, because I remember that's what I was researching it had like three seasons and then it came back. It was either three or four seasons and then it came back like six years later for one more season. But uh, yeah, I mean it was kind of scary, but not not the top of my list, yeah what was your number?

5:38Tom:nine my number nine thomas the trained, thomas the tank engine the original, like 1984, like when they were when it was early, it was reruns on tv they scared the crap out of me.

5:53Mitch:I didn't the the face on the because like they would be mad, yes, yes, or scared, it's like because they would get mad and their face would be like in the older ones they'd be frozen that expression and their eyes would just look left and right, and that scared me yeah, I remember thomas being like as a kid that terrified me because they just come like when they were mad. They come barreling down the tracks with smoke coming out the top I had like all of them, like the, the wooden ones my son loves thomas the train now and it's still kind of on nerf. Just seeing a train with a face it bothers me.

6:28Tom:My nephew. He got into it when he was a little younger. He's aged out of it now. He still loves trains, but he's aged out of Thomas the Tank Engine stuff, okay, and I had went to Walmart or wherever Because I think it had a comeback and resurgent popularity, yeah, so they had a comeback and resurgent popularity.

6:46Mitch:Yeah, so they had a lot of stuff for it. There's a lot of besides the original series. There's a bunch of other stuff. Oh no.

6:57Tom:I went on. Amazon and I spent like $200 on Thompson Tank Engine stuff for him that I just gave to him in installments.

7:00Mitch:Yeah.

7:01Tom:Birthday, christmas, holiday, whatever, and I would send them to my sister to give to him. Like he had better, he had cooler stuff than I did because he had Gordon's Express. He had the whole set. I didn't have that. I had Gordon. I didn't have the Express trains. And then, you know, I had Thomas, percy, james, edward, henry, gordon, diesel, toby. I don't know why. I remember all of them.

7:27Mitch:I only know Thomas.

7:29Tom:Mr Topham Hatt.

7:34Mitch:So now that I've done my first two, my number eight is Animorphs. Animorphs. You thought that was scary. I mean, I understand the alien dude. I was afraid of Thomas the Train. Yeah, you were afraid of Thomas the Train. I'm not going to judge anybody.

7:45Tom:This is a live action show with like aliens getting picked up with lobster claws and like cut in half.

7:49Mitch:I'm not here to judge .

7:50Tom:Yeah, so stop it. So stop it. Sorry, sitting up there on your freaking high horse. Knock it off, sir.

7:56Mitch:Yeah, I have to say, and when you watched Animorphs it was a five-year difference. So I liked Animorphs when I watched it. Yeah, if you were 10, I was five, I was like ah, I don't like this, I don't want to watch this To each their own.

8:09Tom:I don't want to watch the animal show.

8:15Mitch:Yeah, I mean it does have some creepy parts Because, like in the very first one you have where he picks up the Andalite- yeah choking him out. You actually see the shadow of him being eaten.

8:26Tom:That was kind of like I don't know if I like this.

8:31Mitch:I understand that my number eight is Reboot.

8:37Tom:Did you?

8:38Mitch:ever see that show. No, it was a. I'll show you a picture here. Some of this stuff it looks familiar now it says it's a Canadian kids show, but it was an animated, like poorly animated, Like back when Beast Wars was around this was around, oh, that kind of. This was the worst of the animation.

8:56Tom:Yeah, Beast Wars looked cool.

8:57Mitch:And there was this like blue guy I can't remember his name the bad guy in the series. He was creepy.

9:08Tom:And then like this other henchman and the bad guy in the series, he was creepy and he's like like one of my nieces trying to tell me something and then there's this other like female bad guy character that she's got like a porcelain doll kind of face.

9:19Mitch:She's got these like solid green eyes yeah, that.

9:21Tom:That's creepy.

9:22Mitch:She was kind of creepy too, like at that time, let's see 94, I was what six, so I was not a big fan, but I don't really. I can't even tell you what the show was about because I never watched it.

9:35Tom:It's about rebooting, they're just running around rebooting electronics. Well, they're maniacs.

9:46Mitch:It would come on either before or right after some other show that I really liked and so I'd always see like the bad guy on the credits or whatever and I just it bothered me, I didn't like it, so I'd never watch that show.

9:50Tom:Hayden's too busy being scarred by like what Home Alone 2? Yeah.

9:56Mitch:That'll come up. I'll explain why later.

10:00Tom:My next one was the Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy. I never saw that you never saw the Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy. Other than little clips and stuff it wasn't scary, it was just kind of creepy at some points.

10:12Mitch:Because that's the one where it's got the two kids and the actual Grim Reaper. Yeah, okay, yeah.

10:18Tom:And he keeps trying to kill them but he can't. He's like a nept at it, apparently, and he's like inept at it, apparently, and he's like he'd kill all these people. But the girl Mandy, is just so much smarter than he is, and Billy's the idiot.

10:30Mitch:I remember Billy was stupid and then the Grimm. There was some video I was watching where he was taking the shower and the mom came in and opened the curtain and he's like all bones, he's like covers up. So I mean I just that's why I said cartoons is hard for me to find scary, but I understand that was a good show, Cause I was.

10:49Tom:I think that was like a bit on Dexter's lab.

10:52Mitch:I think so. Yeah, before it became an actual, and then it got its own like series.

10:56Tom:Yeah, um, well, you're ready to move on to my number seven.

11:07Mitch:Yeah, my number seven is Pee-Wee's Playhouse. I can see that Not just because of Pee-Wee Herman being a creepy character, but like if you look like all his characters , all the-.

11:14Tom:Everything's got eyes and he's looking at you.

11:16Mitch:The furniture, all the furniture in his house had eyes and teeth and stuff, and then they go.

11:20Tom:ah, and then they go. You said the word of the day.

11:23Mitch:Yeah, everything explodes basically. But yeah, it was just a strange . Like you know, people know he was kind of a strange person and it was a strange show Like it's . I remember seeing it a couple of times but it unnerved me.

11:39Tom:Remember it came back .

11:41Mitch:Yes.

11:43Tom:Because they used to show reruns of this on Adult Swim.

11:47Mitch:But it unnerved me because all the furniture, all the windows, everything had eyes and a face, is Adult Swim still a thing? Yeah, it is, because that's where I watch Samurai Jack. Yeah, samurai. Jack Sometimes I watch Rick and Morty through that. But yeah, Pee-Wee's Playhouse came out in 1986 and had five seasons. That's a good run the original but it was.

12:13Tom:I don't know why I keep yawning so much. I just drank a freaking Red Bull.

12:16Mitch:You can actually watch it on Tubi, evidently.

12:18Tom:It's on Tubi Tubi's where you can't fast forward right and if you X out of it you got to restart it.

12:25Mitch:I don't know.

12:25Tom:Is that 2B or some other dilapidated system? We have to watch punishments on .

12:32Mitch:Anyways, what was your number seven?

12:34Tom:Real Monsters.

12:36Mitch:Real.

12:36Tom:Monsters, real Monsters was creepy Because the one character is just this severed massive skin with feet, mouth and hands and he's holding his hands up above his like body and he's holding his eyes. I was like they're like. The one girl was like the snake .

12:58Mitch:I can't remember their names, I just remember she was like a black and white candy cane yeah, it was just creepy did the big mouth and eyes.

13:04Tom:I remember that show would come on and I never knew when it came. It was just creepy. She had the big mouth and eyes. I remember that show would come on and I never knew when it came on. It was just like you sometimes caught it and it was like ah, real monsters, they're just like doing like monster stuff.

13:12Mitch:And it was on Nickelodeon, right? I think it was on Nickelodeon, I think so.

13:16Tom:I'm pretty sure it was. It was.

13:20Mitch:Well, my number six was Zoobly Zoo. Zoobly Zoo, which you've seen as a punishment.

13:26Tom:That was like some that could be some nightmare fuel, Because there was some like the costume design was kind of like in the right lighting in this scenario, Like that's a serial killer.

13:35Mitch:I mean, basically every character in there was like an anamorphic, like half person half chicken or half person half fox or whatever. And I don't know it was. It's all. Adults run around and see yes, I hated it.

13:51Tom:When I when you made me watch it, I was like this is the dumbest crap ever.

13:58Mitch:I mean it is dumb, but like the character is just they, some of them look creepy and they you're like the fox guy that has his own bow tie and stuff. I don't know.

14:07Tom:I tried to block that out of my memory, along with the Rubik.

14:10Mitch:Most of the stuff that bothered me, that was creepy, was live action and the look of the character or whatever, more so than the actual actions and stuff that happened. What was your number six, the?

14:25Tom:Haunting Hour.

14:27Mitch:Never heard of that one.

14:28Tom:This one. I got to re-look it back up Because I remember seeing it and I was like what is this? I was like why is this like ringing a bell? Haunting Hour, the series television RL Stein's the Haunting Hour. When did this come out? Oh, 2010.

14:43Mitch:YeahL Stein's the Haunting Hour. When did this come out? Oh, 2010. Yeah, I mean obviously I remember seeing it.

14:49Tom:I think it was I can't remember what channel or whatever it was on, but I was like 17, I think, at the time when this came out and it was a kid's show and I was like this is a kid's show. I was like this is pretty creepy, like why would you put this on kids?

15:02Mitch:I was 22.

15:07Tom:Someone said I can't remember, there was like some very recent like popular kids show. Oh, that was on all these lists that adults are watching and going. What the hell is this crap? Huh, but it's RL Stine.

15:25Mitch:What is this? Like? The new set of books that he had created.

15:30Tom:I think so Because I remember seeing some crap. Yeah, with this lifelike doll crap.

15:37Mitch:Okay, I remember seeing it, I was like that's, that's creepy, it's very creepy looking.

15:41Tom:That's creepy.

15:42Mitch:It's a doll that looks kind of like the girl.

15:44Tom:It looks like a CPR dummy but, like you know, Dwight didn't cut his face off and is wearing it like a mess.

15:54Mitch:I mean, it says the Haunting Hour came out in 2010, had four seasons. But yeah, it's about RL Stine, I'm assuming because he made another book series after Goosebumps. I'm assuming, maybe that's based on this.

16:07Tom:Or this is based on that. I mean, I remember.

16:08Mitch:Goosebumps.

16:10Tom:Yeah, what was your number?

16:12Mitch:My number five, the Banana Splits.

16:15Tom:Oh, I remember that.

16:17Mitch:Well, it's because it came out between 1968 and 1970.

16:20Tom:Oh yeah, when you were a small boy.

16:23Mitch:But it would play reruns in the mornings before I would watch some of my other shows before school. But it was very weird. They actually made a horror movie about it, like as a spoof, kind of like the Winnie the Pooh thing.

16:34Tom:Okay.

16:35Mitch:But like these were the Banana Splits thing. Okay, but like these were the banana splits, these ones down here.

16:40Tom:Um, it was a uh, some kind of Looks like some, like half you know hair brain, like Five Nights at Freddy's looking group.

16:49Mitch:Yeah, it's almost like a Five Nights at Freddy's but they're all like you know, like the Disney World Mickey Mouse in suits and stuff, yeah. But they were weird and like the very beginning of their show was like they're riding in go-karts, they're just hugging kids. It was very creepy in Five Nights at Freddy's feeling.

17:03Tom:And then they're like snapping necks and biting hands .

17:06Mitch:And that's actually when they made the horror movie about this. That's kind of what it was. It was Five Nights at Freddy's. Like these were all not real people in these suits the suits just come alive. Creepy, Very creepy. But it was strange because, like the elephant, like the original one, was like this blue thing that had these big eyes. I don't know why my computer won't just pull up a big picture so you can see it.

17:28Tom:Yeah, I don't know what happened with the.

17:30Mitch:Google's just not wanting to cooperate.

17:32Tom:Why, Like when you click an image, it doesn't just blow up for you, they're like oh , you can go to the site and look at it tiny, but yeah, the Banana Splits came out in 1968.

17:43Mitch:It had two seasons, yeah, but they were actual.

17:46Tom:Is that guy holding an?

17:47Mitch:axe.

17:48Tom:Well, that's because that's the parody. Oh, that's the horror movie parody. Okay. I was like what the hell kind of crap?

17:53Mitch:The Banana Splits were actually like a music group for back then.

17:57Tom:Oh my God.

17:57Mitch:And then they turned it into this.

17:59Tom:I'd have to ask, like my mom, if she'd watch this.

18:02Mitch:I know my parents had heard of it. I don't think they watched it, but they had heard of it, like Mom did you watch the Banana Splits and? Then it'd be like unlocking, like trauma. Let's see. I mean they had a song I want to see if I can find it.

18:16Tom:Oh God, I hate musicals.

18:17Mitch:I don't even know if I'm connected, but we'll see.

18:20Tom:It's glowing blue, you might be.

18:23Mitch:Let's see Banana splits, banana Bananas in pajamas.

18:35Tom:Is that really Bananas? It popped up.

18:37Mitch:Let's see the banana splits.

18:48Tom:That doesn't sound like it.

18:49Mitch:That's not it. Here we go.

19:06Tom:The CIA plays this as torture at black sites and interrogation rooms.

19:11Mitch:In the entire intro they're playing this and they're just riding around.

19:15Tom:Running over small children in go-karts.

19:17Mitch:Well, it's kind of like the Scooby-Doo thing. They're running in and out of doors and stuff. It's very strange. Anyways, we'll move on to your number five.

19:29Tom:My number five, well, it'll be my number four, oh, sorry, your number four, which is Tales from the Crypt Keeper, oh, okay, well, which we've discussed.

19:35Mitch:Yeah, we did, we did. So I guess we'll move on to my number four, bozo the Clown. Did you ever see that as a show ?

19:42Tom:No, I never saw it as a show.

19:44Mitch:Look at the clown.

19:45Tom:Oh, my God.

19:46Mitch:Like this is the real one, like from the show, and that is creepy as all get out.

19:50Tom:That is like horrifying. That looks like.

19:53Mitch:I mean, this one here is like some kind of made-up thing, but the rest of them, it's actually a terrifying crowd .

19:59Tom:This is why clowns nobody likes clowns Like who likes clowns?

20:05Mitch:I mean, and this was like a kid's show, almost like in it, where he's out there in front of the children- and stuff dancing around. This one was like that. He was out there just doing his stuff in front of a live audience and the kids are sitting down there in the front and he's just doing all his stuff. He's doing all his things. Let's see. I think I wrote it down. Yeah, the Bozo the Clown. The original Super Sunday show was from 1994 to 2001. But I mean, granted, he's been around since the 60s so it's different people playing him, but the Super Sunday show, I remember watching that before it would come on, before Fox Kids would start in the mornings. Oh my God, Fox Kids If you woke up extra early with Batman

20:48Mitch:Beyond and all that, but this would come on and it did. When I saw it the movie and he has this kind of scene in there it brought back memories I remember.

20:58Tom:You just like woke up .

21:00Mitch:Ah, the only difference between it and Bozo was it had sharp teeth. That was the only difference.

21:06Tom:I'm caught in the paradise.

21:08Mitch:Like I'm not afraid of clowns, but Bozo bothered me.

21:13Tom:Yeah, I'm looking at it right now and I'm bothered.

21:18Mitch:Like it was. Just it was strange. I mean for it to be a TV show, I don't know.

21:24Tom:It almost looks worse in black and white, which is weird.

21:29Mitch:Yeah.

21:30Tom:I actually saw like I was reading some article and the movie it like is the main cause why like clowns has like a profession and thing has like been decimated because of that movie that crap came out and everybody saw tim curry's pennywise was like nope, I'm afraid of clowns, never again. I'm like I used to not have a problem, really, with clowns and then I saw it and I'm like nope clowns don't really bother me.

21:58Mitch:Again. I grew up where my granddad. He was in the Shriner stuff and we'd always go to the circus that they would put on. There was this one clown that he looked like a homeless guy. That was his like shtick he had the face paint, but he had, like the shoes, where his feet were hanging out, the ends of the shoes.

22:19Tom:He had like all over his shirt.

22:20Mitch:He was a cool guy, so clowns never bothered me. But what's your number three? Goosebumps, goosebumps. Oh, I'm interested to hear the rest of your list. Goosebumps was my number two, so we can go ahead and talk about it.

22:27Tom:Yeah, goosebumps was downright horrifying at certain times, like the mask episode.

22:33Mitch:Oh, because I mean for you, because it came out from 95 to 98.

22:36Tom:Yeah, you were younger than I was. I was a little kid. I was like, ah, and you know, every Scholastic Book Fair goosebumps. But yeah, All the books.

22:44Mitch:I agree with you the mask episode, where the mask is stuck in my head.

22:47Tom:And the werewolf one I don't remember the werewolf one. I know that's like a big episode, but show that one on TV the Slappy the Clown, or not Slappy the Dummy.

22:57Mitch:Yeah, that one was creepy. There was another one. It was like Camp Sleepaway or something like that.

23:04Tom:Something like that.

23:05Mitch:There was supposedly this big monster that was creeping through the woods and then spoiler they're on another planet, kind of thing.

23:12Tom:Yeah, and there was one with this zombie thing going on and this family moves into a house and things are getting weird, obviously. But there's this weird wreath thing with weird-looking flowers that came with the house and they think it's because of that that the things are happening. So they burn it at the end of the episode and it releases them from being controlled, so they're free to run amok and they just kill the whole family.

23:41Mitch:Well, I remember that . And I remember there's one where the librarian was this bug guy and he chased this girl home from the library, oh yeah. And then there was another one where these two kids went and ventured into the basement and they found this tunnel that went through whatever, and they found a vampire that started chasing them back through the tunnel back to their house and then come to find out it was their granddad. And then they're like, oh, when they get to their mom, their mom's like, oh, that's just granddad. And they're like, don't worry, your fangs are going to come in too. And the kids start going ow, oh . And then, and they're like, the kids start going ow, oh. And then their teeth pop out.

24:20Mitch:It's like, ah, but that was creepy because for most of the episode the kids are running from this vampire trying to get back to their house. So yeah, goosebumps was pretty creepy.

24:27Tom:Even the intro, where he's like all in black in the hat and walking in and the dog's eyes and I was like that dog looked mean yeah, and it was a golden retriever I mean Goosebumps.

24:43Mitch:I think I have to say it's probably one of the better series now. I mean like we've still got a couple on our list that we feel are creepier, but I feel like this is the best series. That was still creepy. There's one more we haven't talked about it, okay.

24:59Tom:You know which one it is. Well, I think that is more horrifying.

25:04Mitch:Well, yes, more horrifying. I'm just saying I feel like this was a better show. The other one was scarier, but this one's a better show. I feel like it's just production value and all that kind of stuff.

25:15Tom:It did have good value, some of their special effects at the time, I mean for the 90s was like that was pretty good.

25:28Mitch:Yeah, I mean, they had a lot of. What do you? Call it the real life Prosthetics, prosthetics, but Special effects. No, I mean, I'm trying to remember what you call it Practical effects, practicals, practical effects. Yeah, so they didn't use all the CGI and stuff. It was practical effects.

25:42Tom:It was pretty good. It was people in costumes trying to kill kids. Yeah, and you're like ah.

25:47Mitch:But anyway, since that was your number three and my number two, I'll go ahead and tell you my number three was Eerie Indiana.

25:53Tom:Don't remember that one Eerie Indiana only had it had the kid from Hocus Pocus, hocus Pocus, hocus Pocus.

25:58Mitch:Yeah, he was the main character and this was before Hocus Pocus, because he was younger, but it only had, I think, two seasons and it was basically this kid moves to this town where all this weird stuff just happens, and like there's one episode where he walks out and it's like there's nobody around, like he's just 28 days later. Yeah, the whole episode. He's just wandering around and can't find anyone. But a lot of times, like what made it creepy is like in Home Alone 2, when he gets in the cab and that guy turns around and looks at him like it ain't much better in here pal that kind of stuff. There was a lot of scenes in Eerie Indiana where it was like that, where he'd find the creepy house or whatever and he'd run

26:37Mitch:into the lady and the maid would be like hello, darling, how can I help you? I know you kids like sloppy Joes extra sloppy.

26:46Tom:And then you're like ah. Run home.

26:49Mitch:Exactly. Yeah, it would be like that because they would have that dramatic lighting and it would just be like a super close-up on the face. It was just weird. They had some like I mean it was, I guess you could say it was eerie, eerie. Ah, this is a knee slapper, but yeah, I mean it was a good show . I enjoyed it.

27:09Tom:When Hayden listens to this, he's thinking that joke .

27:11Mitch:Yes, yes, the dad jokes all the way.

27:13Tom:He's like I guess you could say it was, and he's doing the sunglasses like yeah, but he's like, yeah, but yeah, I enjoyed it.

27:22Mitch:It ran from 91 to 92. So yeah, I guess it was two episodes, oh sorry, two seasons, but I mean I remember watching it, I remember it's creepy, but other than that I don't remember maybe those one or two instances.

27:36Tom:Yeah, I'm not totally . I never saw it, or if I did, I just don't recall it at all, but I remember he lived in Erie, indiana, on Erie Street. That's kind of like, you know that's pretty, so what was your number two? My number two is Are you Afraid of the Dark?

27:56Mitch:That's my number one With a match. Yeah.

27:59Tom:That show was nightmare fuel for me.

28:02Mitch:There's no monsters or anything in the opening and the opening is creepy. It's just got the eerie music. You see the boat rocking and stuff. That was creepy.

28:10Tom:And the kids sitting around the campfire In the middle of the haunted looking woods. I think they're young teenagers . They're probably 13, 14 year olds.

28:20Mitch:I didn't realize it.

28:20Tom:I remember the vampire-olds. I didn't realize it. I remember the Vampire Hospital episode.

28:23Mitch:I don't remember a whole lot.

28:24Tom:It's scaring me.

28:25Mitch:I don't remember a whole lot of episodes. The ones I do remember, though, like there's one where there's a jester- yeah, and he's like in the movie store or something like that, and he's like chasing this guy around. That one was creepy. um, like I can't remember oh my god, that scared me that guy, yes, that one, that one creeped me out. Yeah, because it was that. And then there was also one where, like, the superhero was supposed to be a good guy and he ends up being bad and having to fight, like you know, run away from him. I mean there was a lot of them but I can't remember all of them off the top of my head. But I do know my Hollywood crush was on that show. I found out Alicia Cuthbert, the girl that played Girl Next

29:08Mitch:Door.

29:08Tom:Oh was she, she was.

29:10Mitch:I didn't realize that until I was researching, but yeah, oh, are you afraid of the vampire hospital? Oh, I never saw that one.

29:17Tom:Yeah, that would have been creepy as well. Saw that one, that would have been creepy as well. Yeah, that one scared the crap out of me when I was a kid.

29:22Mitch:There was one where there was like a.

29:24Tom:This is better vampire production than most movies have pulled off. Oh yeah where they kill him and they light him on fire and his face is freaking, melting. Look at this.

29:35Mitch:I never saw that, my God. There was one where it had like a little. It had like a midget guy that was painted silver and he was like some kind of computer program that had taken over this person's mind, or something like that. And the kid had to like, basically overpower him in his mind to stay alive.

29:52Tom:Yeah, look at this crap, yeah what is this.

29:55Mitch:I do remember that one where he's like in the water the water creature or whatever, like this was a show for kids. Yeah, this one was definitely a lot scarier.

30:03Tom:Is that Ryan Gosling? Where is that? It is Ryan Gosling. He was on that show.

30:10Mitch:Oh, yep, sure is.

30:12Tom:I did not realize that. Yeah, I remember this. The. Are you afraid to match?

30:15Mitch:Yeah.

30:17Tom:And then and it's like that show was like new episodes or whatever would come on. We would watch it when I was in school and then the next day we're all sitting on the bus and you could tell who slept in there. We'd be like really tired. Did you watch? Are you Afraid of the Dark? Yeah, I did.

30:41Mitch:I had a lot of homework.

30:42Tom:I was up late trying to get this third-grade biology crap done.

30:47Mitch:Calculus huh.

30:49Tom:Ain't that a kick in the pants? What?

30:53Mitch:Well, because that was my number one. What was your number one?

30:56Tom:Courage the Cowardly Dog. It was scary and creepy and disturbing Return the. Slap that show was. It was animated to be creepy.

31:10Mitch:What made it so creepy for you, though?

31:12Tom:I mean, they just did a good job with the animation was wild.

31:20Mitch:Okay.

31:20Tom:Because there were times where it looked cartoony and then it did not look cartoony at all.

31:28Mitch:I mean, I've seen where, like it's very like, there's a lot of theories about it. Like you know, it's supposed to be taking place in purgatory and all those kind of things.

31:37Tom:Yeah, something like that. I mean, there was, it was just a weird, weird, weird show. I saw another theory where like this is like the kind of crab you're looking at in this show.

31:51Mitch:Oh, I didn't realize that. It's just bizarre. Yeah, I didn't realize that. I know that like there was another theory that like this is the way dogs perceive us when they're scared. They perceive all these different things for different scenarios.

32:05Tom:I don't know.

32:06Mitch:I don't know.

32:07Tom:I remember the floating white head guy scaring the crap out of me.

32:12Mitch:I'd never seen the show.

32:15Tom:Then there's the zombie dude whose eye keeps falling out, or something.

32:22Mitch:Actually I do remember the zombie, because courage is like. Standing there talking to him, his eye keeps falling out. Yeah, he's like put it back.

32:30Tom:I would have to say though I think are you afraid of the dark is number one in terms of just sheer yeah, to me that was the scariest night.

32:38Mitch:Like I said, goosebumps, I feel like had better production value and stuff, but are you afraid of the dark was definitely the scariest. Like I said, goosebumps, I feel like had better production value and stuff, but Are you Afraid of the Dark was definitely the scariest. It was just some like what the my watch, especially since it's marketed directly to kids.

32:49Tom:I mean, it's all Nickelodeon. The thing was it was like you kind of had to be like a tough kid to watch. Yeah, just to be like, yeah, I watched the whole thing and then we all compared and I was like, how did it end? All right, so this is what happens. And we all had to go through and judge like, all right, he watched it. He watched it. You could tell by the dark circles under his eyes. He didn't sleep last night either.

33:10Mitch:He kept waiting. Yeah, I mean, it's creepy. I don't know what to tell you Downright horrifying. But that's our top ten list for uh, the top 10. Creepy kid shows like that were actually marketed towards kids yeah I have an idea for another list now that we've done this later on, but anyways, we'll move on to our news and uh rumors. Well, I guess some reviews too. Have you played or watched anything recently?

33:38Tom:uh, would you like for me to go first? Oh well, I mean call of duty.

33:40Mitch:Did have that new thing recently. Uh, would you like for me to go first?

33:43Tom:Well, I mean Call of Duty did have that new mode. Hayden's like I ain't gonna play anything else.

33:52Mitch:Don't worry, hayden, I'll play something else.

33:59Tom:Well, they brought back that mode Get High, which is Yeahought it back. Yeah, so it was a limited thing for like a couple days. Oh, I didn't know that Like a month ago and like I saw it and I was like when is this crap? I was like I'm not playing that . I don't know what that is. It was like Get High, because it was like the weed sloth and I was like aw, I wanted to try that. Okay, but it's a platform thing which I have won.

34:25Mitch:It's like the OnlyUp.

34:27Tom:It is like OnlyUp. I mean, I think they kind of came with it after OnlyUp, because OnlyUp came out and then all of a sudden platforming crap became huge for a minute, Like Fortnite had their own map but they released theirs like while only up was still a thing happening, Because now it's like falling off the face of the planet. Nobody talks about only up anymore. People beat it and that was it, and they're like okay, I think they're making a second one.

34:50Mitch:Okay, I heard Just different things. Yeah, just different things.

34:54Tom:But I mean, it's the worst part about playing it when Call of Duty is dudes bumping into you and you just get nudged like you miss a grab or you fall and it's like and it kind of showcases the broken mechanics of like you jump and like land but then all of a sudden you skip 30 feet for no reason. Yeah, like it's happened to me and I'm like what, why, why?

35:20Mitch:did? Did this happen? Look everyone. Tom already has enough hard time trying to platform all things.

35:25Tom:You watched me. I was doing pretty good, you were, I beat it.

35:28Mitch:I mean, we've also seen you have a hard time crawling over a pebble.

35:33Tom:Well, it's because you can't mantle it. You're just running into nothing and you're just hitting A and like nothing, nothing.

35:40Mitch:Nothing, Nothing. You know it's a day's zone. We've seen you struggle as well .

35:45Tom:I've seen you struggle, trying to do it too.

35:47Mitch:Well, I'm not saying, I haven't You're just making fun of me.

35:52Tom:Well, because you've had it most. I get the most mad when it happens, and it happens to me in the worst times.

35:58Mitch:Well, that has happened to you in several different games as well, Like in Elden Ring.

36:03Tom:Oh well, that was hard.

36:04Mitch:Or on the Dying Light game that we played. You couldn't get up on top of that one building that we kept jumping to. Your guy just would not grab the ledge.

36:13Tom:Yeah, and you guys were watching me. Well because we both did it in one try and your guy just would not grab it. No, he was just like dead set, like we're going to fall to our death, damn it. Like you don't get to go with them.

36:26Mitch:Playing Destiny. When we have to go through, like the puzzle, jumping stuff, I never had a problem with that? Oh, you didn't Okay.

36:35Tom:I don't remember having issues in Destiny. I remember being really good at Destiny.

36:42Mitch:Okay, okay, but yeah it is. I watched you play some, but it's just not my thing Because. Tom was like yeah, try it, try it. You do what you want to try. I was like, nah, I'm good.

36:50Tom:Because you don't want to mess up and I'm going to make fun of you.

36:52Mitch:No, I really just don't want to play it. You're scared. I'll care less about running and jumping on stuff.

36:59Tom:I've been having fun playing the Loaded Resurgence.

37:02Mitch:I had fun playing with you the other day when we played that.

37:04Tom:Well, because I was playing with my buddy Lane, who I used to work with. He's moved to Florida and we were playing and he was like, oh , what's this Loaded Resurgence crap? And I was like, oh, you come in with your. I'm like it's just trios and I'm like it is super hard. Because I played the other night with you know, with randoms and other people, and like I could not win to save my life Because you're just getting gunned by dudes with their stuff right off the rip.

37:30Mitch:We played, the two of us with two rangers, and we won two in a row.

37:33Tom:So I played with Lane and we won the first two games we were in, and then oh, this is what I wanted to talk about. This reminds me I played with a hacker.

37:43Mitch:Oh, that's right, I forgot about that.

37:46Tom:He's friend requested me like four times already, on like four different accounts Be my friend. He's 14 years old. He told me we're playing and I watched him. I was dead, I was spectating him and I watched him walling on a guy and we won. I was kind of like you're hacking, bro, and he's like, yeah, just flat out told you. He's like, yeah, totally am. And I'm like what? He's like, yeah, I make my own hacks and I'm like you make your own. He's like, yeah, I got a computer.

38:14Mitch:He's like that's how you do it.

38:16Tom:He's like yeah, he's like wall hacks. He's like aimbot. He's like I got it. I was told true, that PC players have ruined the first person ruined online playing, but he's like I could dial it up to basically where, as soon as I pull a trigger, I'm locking automatically to someone's face and I'm not going to miss. He's like, but you know, it's obvious. Yeah that that's what you're doing, Like like Warzone 1 hacking, and there's just nothing you can do. You're like hacker game. It was like, because we'd spawn in, it's like all right, cool. And then we look it's like half the lobby's gone and the first circle hasn't closed. Hacker, there's a hacker somewhere and then we get shot across Narnia.

38:58Mitch:Yeah, and then you see the kill cam.

38:59Tom:The guy has like a sniper rifle with no scope and he's like and he just goes and snaps to you and blows your brains out.

39:05Mitch:You're like well, you can't even see yourself on his screen, no, or?

39:09Tom:half the time we wouldn't even get a kill cam, so we didn't know, you just deleted. And then it's like, yeah, you got hacked on and it would be like all right, yeah. So I'm like why are you hacking ? He's like I can. He's like it's easy. And I'm like don't they like ban you? He goes yeah, I've been banned all the time. He's like I just have. I'm like don't they ban the IP from PC? And he's like, yeah. And I'm like he's like I got a bot that gets around it alters. He goes and just changes the IP and creates a new account on Battlenet immediately. Jeez, he's like. And then I'm back.

39:45Mitch:Are you listening? Activision.

39:46Tom:He's like I got the unlock tool. He's like get all the guns, get all the camos right off the bat , like there was. He got banned twice while playing and then I got him, I reported and he got banned Like he, because at first he was kind of cool and then he just started he was 14. Yeah, he was arrogant, yeah, and then he's just like going on Because he wasn't good, Like we weren't dominating a game, Like he was just a piece, Like he didn't know how to play good.

40:14Mitch:Look, if you're going to hack, just go ahead and hack .

40:16Tom:And I'm like how are you losing with walls and aimbot ? You know where they're coming from and you know you won't miss . You should not be dying Because if you gave someone like Zlaner that, He'd kill the whole lobby . Yeah, he'd kill everybody. He'd kill everybody. It's like he already has amazing game sense, movement and finesse and aiming off the rip. He really just needed walls is what would make it easy. But I mean, he was just not like. I'm like, dude, tinted Tatman would mess you up the two-ton.

40:50Mitch:Now, how did I? What brought it up that you realized he was hacking?

40:56Tom:I saw it. I saw him kill the last guy.

41:00Mitch:Oh, like from, were you dead watching his?

41:02Tom:Yeah, I died. He was the last guy I saw how he moved and looked at the guy and then did it, and then he was calling out where he was, but without seeing him.

41:11Mitch:Gotcha.

41:12Tom:And I'm like huh, wait a minute, wait a minute. We played like 10 games. We won one.

41:19Mitch:It was a little sus.

41:21Tom:And he's a little sus and he's like, yeah, we're gonna rack up a whole bunch of wins and I'm like we didn't because I'm like he wasn't good. So I'm carrying this, I'm carrying a hacker and I'm like this is bull. How am I out playing this kid? We're going to run into a hacker. He needs to be good, like if he had 10 kills. I had eight and I'm just running and gunning my, you know , sliding my balls off through Rebirth Island. Say that one more time Sliding my balls off through Rebirth Island. This kid can see everybody on the map at one point and, can you know, do instant headshots. And I'm killing dudes before he can. And I'm like what are we doing here, buddy? Like what are we doing? Like, dial it up.

41:56Mitch:He's just trying to save his game. Man, he's got all these. What kills me is the fact that he could just go and just automatically make another account right then. It's like what's the point of the Ricochet thing?

42:07Tom:Yeah, he got banned, gone, like boop disappeared. And then a minute and a half later he pops back in under a new account and he's just like hey, I'm back.

42:20Mitch:Like what's Ricochet doing if it's not actually stopping these people?

42:23Tom:Yeah, and he sells the hacks, he pimps himself out to other people. He's like, yeah, I paid, I'll jack the hacks up to like max, like near maximum, and play a game with them so they can get a win.

42:35Mitch:I mean because if it's just going to put him back in another game with another IP or whatever, why not just? Leave him on full. I mean what's?

42:41Tom:going to stop him and I'm like I don't even know why people are paying hackers to win games now. It's easier to win now.

42:52Mitch:Well, if you're not good and you pay a hacker to win , it's just going to make it harder for you next time. Yeah, because you're just going to win, so it's going to make your. The score-based matchmaking is just going to make it harder for you.

43:01Tom:Yeah, like oh, you just won a game with some dude with a 69-0 KD. Guess what kid You're playing in the Olympics for the next.

43:08Mitch:The Special Olympics.

43:09Tom:For the rest of this game's life. It's all you, buddy. It's all you, champ. Get out there. You, I'm playing dudes who make Z-Lan look like a casual have fun champ. But like I just don't get how you hack and be bad. But then again, like we've watched videos, like I've seen a lot of hacker content where you're just watching, like they have no game sense whatsoever. Right, they don't plate when they should, they don't reload fast enough, they don't move the right way. Like you just know they run looking at their feet like Hayden.

43:42Mitch:Well, granted, we don't always win, but like when we die and we watch our other teammates that are randoms, we're like what do you do? They're like Planet Claymore at the wall.

43:52Tom:Like the one game that we won that we shouldn't have. Me and Mitch are screaming at this kid, and I mean he didn't have a mic so he didn't. Hopefully he heard through the television, but we're just shouting at him about being. I know we were on xbox party chat, that's why he couldn't hear us. We're yelling at each other for no reason and watching this kid and he pulled it out of his butt like he must have been like a one hp yeah when he fired the last round and killed the guy to win and and I was like you got me and I told Mitch I was like I feel dirty, we did not deserve to win and, like me, and you had carried them the entire time until the zone collapsed and then it was just a free-for-all fight where you're getting shot

44:35Tom:at from every window and every roof and every building and dudes are on every floor. We carried them the entire time and then the last time that we came back, they he had taken your gun, so you had nothing I land on my stuff and I all I got back is my perks and I'm looking for my guns and there's just ground loot and I'm like what the hell? And I'm like where's my good guns? And he wouldn't give him back. No like I'm like hey, and I like throw out my weapon, like those are mine, give me back my guns I remember I I had a pistol and an RPG when I came back.

45:00Mitch:I didn't live long. You lived longer than I did at that part.

45:02Tom:I managed to hold on. I've had a good week of Call of Duty. I've won like 15 games of Rebirth and Big Mac.

45:09Mitch:Well, so that Hayden doesn't have an aneurysm, let's move on to other news, a total conniption.

45:15Tom:We're going to talk about the Assassin's Creed thing on the next episode.

45:18Mitch:Well, let's move on to other news, call of Duty. There's rumors that the 2026 game is going to be a version of Ghosts. Whether it's going to be a remake or a sequel, I don't know . Do?

45:30Tom:a sequel.

45:31Mitch:And then the 2027 is going to be a remake or a sequel to Advanced Warfare. Ugh, yeah, exactly Ugh. But that's just a little bit of news that I had.

45:40Tom:They need to let Advanced Warfare die. It wasn't good at all.

45:47Mitch:There was nothing good about that game. Kevin Spacey couldn't save it. This is a rumor that I found, but it's about Captain America and the MCU. Supposedly, chris Evans has signed on to work on some project to where he'll reprise his role as Captain America in some form or fashion Whether it's the what If series where he's a cartoon character just doing a voice, or not, I don't know, but a lot of people are speculating and they have evidence where they think it makes it right. He's going to do a TV series like a limited series kind of thing on Disney+ where it's him returning the stones in the different timelines.

46:29Tom:That'd be cool.

46:30Mitch:It would be cool to see, but whether it actually happens or not I don't know, because it is just a rumor, right?

46:35Tom:now. Why wouldn't he come back for that money?

46:40Mitch:Supposedly again. It's still rumor, but he might be coming back for the Secret Wars movie, which will take place after the next Avengers, in like 2027.

46:49Tom:Yeah, I mean like, how do you walk away? That's why Chris Hemsworth didn't walk away Right, he's still Thor Because why they're going to pay me more money than I can spend in my lifetime.

47:00Mitch:We also got the Mad Max or sorry, furiosa Mad Max saga, the movie. It comes out on the 24th of May and Chris.

47:07Tom:Hemsworth is in it playing Thor Wasteland Thor, that's what I call him, Because I saw him and I'm like does he have a red cape? And I'm like he does. I was like I swear to God, if he has a hammer, Is that a hammer? He has a hammer.

47:21Mitch:Let's see we also have. Oh, here it is. Supergirl is going to have a movie. What the hell was that? It's like a dog barking, supergirl. The movie is going to be coming out in 2026, and it's going to be starring what's her name? The girl from House of Dragon that played the little girl Millie something Not Millie Bobby Brown. But, I can't remember her name, but either way she's going to be playing Supergirl and it'll release.

47:57Tom:She's got like the. Yes.

48:00Mitch:Yeah, she's got that face. Let's see, pull up her name. Oh, millie Alcock from House of Dragon.

48:13Tom:Yeah.

48:14Mitch:But it's going to be releasing in June of 2026. And then Mortal Kombat 2 is going to be releasing in October of 2025.

48:21Tom:More fighting.

48:24Mitch:Supposedly. I mean, granted, the fighting to me was awesome in the movie. I just there just wasn't enough of it. Well, that, and I wasn't particularly fond of the story with the new guy. But also Carl Urban, like we have mentioned before, is coming in and he's going to be Johnny Cage, nice, so I'm all for that.

48:41Tom:If he's going to come in, I'm going to be like you know, billy Butcher. I mean, you can't quote Billy Butcher on this show Because it's just profanity.

48:50Mitch:You wouldn't want to drink the hot sauce. Yeah, the next thing I have is you remember? Did you ever watch WandaVision?

48:58Tom:I've seen bits.

49:00Mitch:It's got Agatha Harkness. She was one of the main villains Madeline Kahn. Her Disney Plus series is supposed to release in September . I think it says September 18th will be the first two episodes. So that'll be interesting. I mean, I'm interested to see where it goes with that, because there's different ways they could go with it, because they were talking about the Darkhold and that as well, which is the book which all vampires in Marvel get their start from, and kind of things. So they could introduce Blade or something like that, or Morbius.

49:31Tom:Could In the right way, could Well? No, morbius was a Spider-Man film.

49:37Mitch:Also, there's a new.

49:38Tom:Not that Jared Jared Leto. Jared Leto, he's a crap actor. He is not good in anything.

49:46Mitch:I have to say you're kind of right, I haven't seen a good movie.

49:49Tom:I'm like he had like a one you know passable performance in like what Lord of War as Nicolas Cage's brother.

49:58Mitch:Oh, I forgot, that was who.

49:59Tom:Yeah, like that's why . Because you're like yeah, and then like isn't he like a singer ? Like what is he doing? I don't know? Like pick something and stick with it. You're just running amok.

50:13Mitch:But anyways, netflix this Christmas is going to be hosting the live NFL game on Christmas Day on Netflix. I don't they're getting into live sports because I know next year WWE Raw, monday Night Raw, is going to be on Netflix.

50:25Tom:I mean Hulu already has live sports.

50:28Mitch:Well, they do, but Netflix has never had any live stuff until just recently. They had the Tom Brady roast. Yeah, but they're going to start doing sports because they're going to have the Mike Tyson and Jake Paul fight or Logan Paul.

50:40Tom:Is it Jake Paul or Logan?

50:41Mitch:Paul, jake Paul, logan Paul is the one that's WWE .

50:44Tom:Mike Tyson is going to kick his.

50:45Mitch:I hope so.

50:46Tom:Can I say ASS.

50:47Mitch:Sure.

50:48Tom:Mike Tyson's going to kick his ass. He's got 20 pounds on him.

50:52Mitch:But yeah, supposedly the NFL games for 2025 and 2026 on Christmas Day will be live on Netflix. They worked out a deal. One of the another bit of news is the defiant game from uh, it's called defiant, but it's like a first person shooter that's supposed to rival call of duty soon. They've, you know, put out that they're not going to use score based matchmaking skill based sorry. Yeah, sorry, this one is skill based matchmaking, so we'll see how that goes, get that, whether that makes it more popular or not.

51:26Tom:It kills the game. It really does. It kills multiplayer.

51:29Mitch:I believe it Hell Divers 2, I love playing Tom won't buy for no reason whatsoever. It's actually sold 12 million copies in 12 weeks.

51:41Tom:That's a good run.

51:43Mitch:Yeah.

51:44Tom:But is this going to be like it's gonna fade out fast , like is this a flash in the pan game?

51:50Mitch:I still enjoy playing it. It would be a lot more fun with other people because I'll play this with with this randoms, and I don't even use a headset because I don't know anybody that has a playstation that I play with, because hayden's gone and tom refuses to play with me , because I, tom's, still stuck playing Call of Duty. But it is a lot of fun. They've kind of alluded to what I want to call it a hive lord, but that's destiny, but it's like a god bug kind of thing, brain bug. On some of these planets you see fossils of ones, but these are considered small ones and they're bigger than your character, and lately they've shown bigger fossils. And then some of these planets that you're defending and stuff.

52:35Mitch:You find these giant holes just in the ground like out of nowhere. If you fall in it you die. And then also some of these planets have started having earthquakes and tremors as you're fighting, which you don't see anything but. The original Helldivers had these in it as like bosses of certain stuff, so they're alluding to that's about to start taking place with all the bugs.

52:56Tom:It's about to get real.

52:57Mitch:It is it is. I really wish you would play this with me, because it's basically like playing zombies, but you're well, I guess it's more like the modern zombies where you have to complete objectives, but it's just so much fun because it's just like pure testosterone, because you're getting a minigun and there's like Starship Troopers, there's just a wall of bugs and you're just like ah, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha ha ha, just gunning them down. It's a lot of fun. I mean, like I said, even by myself I enjoy it. And then, if you want a more challenge and strategic style, you go and face the bots, because then you have to like you can covertly move around them or you can fight them. And it's like you know Terminator Salvation you got the

53:40Mitch:T-800 shooting at you and you got to dodge. Then they have like the whole bots that are the size of a tank but they run at you shooting either I think they shoot a flamethrower and I can't remember if it's missiles or bullets, but they come running at you and they're like this game was just made by an insane person whose pop culture references is all the 90s. Pretty much, but it's a fun game . I really like it. Let's see the next thing I had was Iron.

54:08Tom:We've got to do another episode.

54:09Mitch:I know, I know, but I had Ironheart. It was confirmed for 2025, which I'm not a fan of, but the show's coming out and they had a trailer for it where it shows the character stealing parts to build her suit Like Iron Man's. We'll see how that goes. Let's see. There's going to be a John Wick spinoff the most recent one, remember the guy with the cane?

54:34Tom:Yeah, Donnie Yen.

54:35Mitch:It's going to be based on him and his character.

54:40Tom:He was cool.

54:41Mitch:I guess you'll find out more about that. And then there's a lot of conflict, supposedly with the Star Wars the Acolyte.

54:47Tom:Yeah, there's been a lot of conflict.

54:48Mitch:What's going on with?

54:49Tom:that it's. Does Kathleen Kennedy ruin it? I mean? Check it out, make it gay.

54:55Mitch:Make it lame. People are mad because it's a girl Sith and a girl Jedi, which I could care less, to be honest . Which I could care less to be honest. Well, I forgot this girl's name from the Matrix Trinity, trinity, yeah.

55:08Tom:What's her real name? Trinity Name something else she's in, I don't know, hayden would know.

55:14Mitch:Yeah, he likes her. Let's see, but anyways, she's going to be the main Jedi. To me, I think the trailer looks pretty cool. It's supposed to be the main Jedi. And I mean, to me I think the trailer it looks pretty cool. It's supposed to be based like 100 years before the New Republic, kind of stuff. So I mean I'm interested to see like origins of the Jedi and the Sith in the movie world Because I've seen some of the comic stuff that they've written and they've got some books. But I'm interested to see how they do it with the movie world Because while Kathleen Kennedy is the same person.

55:47Tom:There's no source material, right, when you literally have the Star Wars expanded universe of books and comics and literature and everything.

55:56Mitch:This is going to be a TV show and while I didn't like the sequels, the most recent ones, three movies.

56:04Tom:The trilogy sucked.

56:06Mitch:I didn't like that, but I have liked pretty much every Star Wars TV show they've made because I feel like they do a good job fleshing out the characters and their motives.

56:16Tom:Yeah, I mean because like Obi-Wan probably could have been better.

56:19Mitch:I know, you didn't like Obi-Wan, but I really enjoyed that, especially towards the end, where where?

56:22Tom:yeah, it got good at the end. Yeah, but it was a lot of build-up to get there yeah, so I'm interested to see where it goes.

56:29Mitch:Like people are just mad because it's two female characters, which I mean, yeah, kathleen kennedy makes everything female characters, but I'm okay with it this is the same ones.

56:39Tom:Like stars doesn't have any strong female characters, and at that point, leia and padme. And it's like Star Wars doesn't have any strong female characters, and at that point, leia and Padme. And it's like what?

56:47Mitch:They're princesses that kick butt.

56:48Tom:Like did you not watch the movies?

56:53Mitch:I hate.

56:53Tom:Kathleen Kennedy. She's single-handedly slowly ruining Star Wars.

56:57Mitch:And you got Ahsoka now, but I really enjoyed that.

57:01Tom:But Ahsoka was an established. True, yes character from the Clone Wars that had six seasons of development to go on. Yeah, not just like. Oh, we're doing a show. It's all girls With lightsabers Finger each other Like what.

57:23Mitch:Tom, it's not hot sauce. We can't say stuff like that. Anyways, that's all I have for the news today, but you're throwing me off now.

57:37Tom:This is what I'm here for, Mitch.

57:40Mitch:That's all I have for today for our news and reviews. Tom took up a lot of time talking about the hacker on call of duty, so we've never gotten to play with one.

57:48Tom:We have not, you have yeah, none of us have played with one. We've played against those. We've played against a lot we've been. We've played against thousands at this point, but not with true , because we always lamented like how come we can't ever get a hacker as a teammate? Well, this is, this is what happens when you do they suck you don't get a good one.

58:05Mitch:I'm not good at the game.

58:07Tom:Like I said, if you're going to be a hacker be a good one at least. Yeah, hack better, just do better. All right, hayden, all right, all right, all right. Well, that was it. Check out all of our social media and go to the podcast pages. There's stuff you want us to hear us talk about. Go ahead and let Mitch know, and then Mitch will tell me, and then I'll forget about it and then I'll hastily put it together before the episode, as we normally do on this show.

58:32Mitch:And if you're listening. They've made a new kind of feature where, like if you're listening on Spotify or iTunes or whatever, there should be a little button where, if you wanted to email us, it says email, but it's basically like you text the program, you could text us directly through our Buzzsprout site Any kind of questions or comments or anything on each episode.

58:53Tom:So let us know what you think, if you have any suggestions for Hayden's grand punishments when he returns from the other side of the world, start giving them to us, because we need to come up with something, yeah start giving them to us because we need to come up with something.

59:04Mitch:Yeah, give us anything bad movie, tv shows or games that he needs to play or watch.

59:07Tom:Yes. He needs a lot of things, he's got stuff to do when he gets back, Like we don't have time for you to get back with your family and, like you know, oh Dad, you're home. No, no, Get back to work. I got to watch Space Jam 6. They haven't even made it, I know, but someone did. It's a North Korean film.

59:25Mitch:I've got a couple of ideas for him now. Good, good, good.

59:30Tom:I'm Tom.

59:31Mitch:I'm Mitch.

59:31Tom:And we'll catch you on you next time.
